I came in to get brakes done. I talked to Hector he was very professional and he let us know that we could have a free break inspection or a ten dollar break inspection. We ended up having a major break job done. The price wasn't bad and they were very professional. They got the service done as promised. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me or take advantage of. I will return!!

Your employees told me I needed a new battery for my car, Even going so far as to show me a fake read out of the battery's life. Then of course.They tried to sell me a battery. I took the car to autozone And the manager there looked at my battery and told me it was still under Warranty, as I had only purchased it from advanced auto parts.In two thousand twenty two. He did not try to cell me a battery! The manager at advanced auto parts Tested the battery right in front of me and showed me.It does not need to be replaced. In the past, I have used Firestone as my go to for all car needs. No more. Now that your company has tried to scam me, I am done doing business with Firestone.
