I had an incident in which my car got dented by a random stranger, with no cameras or witnesses nearby. The team here worked quickly and did way more than anyone could have asked for a proper job, even when further complications arose with the bodywork itself. They offered immensely competitive pricing, were incredibly communicative and up front with the status of my car, and did a beautiful job. Would recommend to anyone who is in a situation where they are debating to file a comp claim or biting the cost upfront.

I cannot say enough great things about First Performance Auto Body. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredible at their work. They not only walk you through the process of repairs, but they keep you apprised of updates on the status of your vehicle, so you're always in the loop. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and I will be back in the future!

First Performance did excellent work. The staff is friendly and dealt with insurance to fix my car in a timely manner. They even contacted a rental car company to pick me up. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at First Performance Auto Body! They seamlessly handled my insurance claim and completed the repairs on my car ahead of schedule. They did a fantastic job on my car, and I highly recommend this shop!

Fantastic shop! They worked with me to really understand the insurance process and handled most of the go between with the insurance agent.
On top of that, the quality of the work was superb!
All in all, I felt like First Performance had my back, made the process smooth and am very satisfied with the result. I will be a repeat costumer.

This is a very bad garage. They say on phone that we check cars but when we come in person, they don't even check thoroughly and they just say we have checked your car. Please go to showroom so if you want to waste your time then please come otherwise don't come to waste your time, your gas and your energy. Also, Machanic does not know how to explain the customer so Better to find different Garage.

First performance body shop goes above and beyond with communication and attention to detail. Working with the team at First Performance has given me hope and reassurance even when dealing with terrible insurance companies. First Performance is superior to the typical body shop. I got three bids for some body work on my new Audi, and First Performance Auto Body was the most reasonable. They even gave a discount for cash payment versus going through insurance.
The other two body shops said it would be between 4 and 6 weeks to get to and finish the work. First Performance said they thought they could complete the work in 3 days, if parts were available, which they were, and the car was nicely done in 3 days.
The office could use updating, but that should not be off-putting. I would recommend First Performance Auto Body.

I wanted a deep scratch fixed before winter started and did not realize the amount of work that would go into getting it repaired. I checked out a few places and I am so glad I went with First Performance. Slim explained the whole process, promised a quick turn around and actually delivered even earlier. When they presented the car, it looked like new and even the interior was spotless which is quite a feat for a car driving around two young kids. I'm glad I found this local business with great customer service, efficiency and quality. I will 100% recommend First Performance Auto Body. Thanks Slim and Jeremy!
