Jolly and his team are very professional, helpful and nice. I didn’t notice that I had two GNC accounts until Jolly updated my email address and shipping address. Another staff in the store was helping me to track the order. I would definitely come back to this location and shop again.

Steve was super helpful! He had so much knowledge and experience with the products. He didn't lead me into more expensive sales, he just gave me the facts and broke down what all the supplements mean and his own personal experience with them. I dread going into certain GNCs sometimes because I don't want the sales pitch. But I feel comfortable and informed walking into this location!

Jolly was so much help! I was very impressed with his professional advice. I would not consider myself a GNC shopper, but when I came in for some supplements, I was taken by surprise with the knowledge from this guy. Great customer service too. This a family owned store and everyone is so nice and happy to greet you. Love this place and will continue to shop them exclusively for supplements and nutrition.

They wouldn't give me a receipt without an email address. The manager was nearly yelling in my ear trying to oversell me on fancy creatine. Honestly feel ripped off @$25 for 30 servings. I wonder if I could even return this overpriced creatine without the receipt they wouldn't give me.

They employees at this location are always very kind & knowledgeable, but have never been pushy. Drake & Jolly have both helped me out a few times ?This is my favorite GNC in the area !

I came in around 12:00 pm today and I was not very pleased with the service provided to me. I well aware that there is a big emphasis on the employees "flexing" their supplement knowledge onto us to pressure us into buying one product over another, but having been to several GNC's, this was by far the worst one. I'm not sure what this guys deal was, his attitude was more directed in trying to sway me one way and was very disappointed whenever I looked the other way. On top of that, the service was "friendly" in a way that one would act if they were being forced to be nice without it ever coming off genuine. He was more interested in making sure I bought a product that I SPECIFICALLY STATED I DIDN'T WANT over simply letting me buy the thing I went there to purchase. I won't use any derogatory language but the man working the front desk was spending most of his time going on and on about a product I had no interest in purchasing. I straight up told him what I wanted yet he felt the need to point me in another direction as if he makes some sort of commission off those products. It was very strange and I didn't ask to be told false and misleading supplement information either. The product in question is good, of course, but poor service and him giving me an attitude when I decided not to buy his alternative protein powder was uncalled for. It was a simple request that turned into him not being super thrilled about helping me with. Oh well. Some GNC's are better than others. Can't win em all.
