Outstanding service. I am not one to easily understand what I'm getting when it comes to insurance, and Matt Pater was thorough about explaining what everything was for. I haven't had a claim yet, but so far, I feel good well-informed and like my bases are covered.

Cancelled policy and agent continued to take money out of my bank account. Called and got nothing but demands and the runaround.
Have filed a complaint with the state -- avoid these crooks.

Steer clear of this business. When my boyfriend submitted an auto insurance claim on his car, they had me listed as a secondary policyholder. What? Then when I switched my own auto insurance from Geico to Progressive, I got dinged because of the claim! It's not worth my time to get it fixed, because Harry Cotter pretended like he didn't know how that happened. It happened because that's how HE wrote the policy!! The claim occurred in 2019 and it's 2022 now. I'm not going to spend MY time fixing HIS mistake, but he also messed up our homeowners insurance. Stay away!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. The Cotter family is ridiculously INCOMPETENT in giving CORRECT information to their clients .I have been given incorrect information for the last 2 consecutive years. Each time I call with a question I receive a different response whether the last name is COTTER or KRAMER. The only competent agent in that firm to sell insurance is Steve. I CANNOT WAIT TO SWITCH.
