“We recently visited Fruitful Yield looking for organic honey, but it was out of stock due to a miscalculation in their inventory. Since we had traveled 30 miles using both bus and Uber, the staff went above and beyond, offering us a discount for our next visit to make up for the inconvenience.
A few days later, they followed up with a call to let us know the honey was back in stock. When we returned, they honored the discount without hesitation. Both ladies working there were incredibly friendly, making the experience pleasant and seamless.
The store is beautiful, clean, and well-organized with a welcoming atmosphere that reflects their care for both products and customers. “My Naperville Fruitful Yield is still one of the very best Fruitful Yield’s I’ve been to in all of Chicagoland over the last 20 years. The staff is friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and I have gotten to know them more over the last few years.Even though this fruitful yield is not one of the largest locations, it regularly has an excellent inventory of a multiplicity of products.My fiancé and I are big fans of the Digest Ultimate from Now and recently have seen similar results with the new Masszymes Advanced Enzyme Formula from BIOptimizers.We also regularly buy probiotics, depending on what’s on sale and what has worked for us. We also love buying the various healthy food products.Fruitful yield also regularly has good sales in the health and beauty aid section.This fruitful yield is always very clean; and yes if anyone’s asking there is a restroom available for customers, and it’s always clean.I highly recommend in Naperville Fruitful Yield.”
“I travel far just to get since things that you cannot find elsewhere in Chicago. They have many diabetic friendly items. Many vegetarian items. They specialize in vegetable proteins of all kinds. I am particularly fond of Fri Chik which is so delicious and does not raise your blood sugar, it is a great snack with only about 4 carbs. It is ultra processed and ultra expensive though. “Stopped in support the loyal employees of the location. I see alot of negative reviews about some of the employees but hey we are all human ans trying to do the best we can do. I stopped in and I saw the guy having a rough day. Sometimes instead of being a jerk. Be kind. You have no idea what people are going through. This kid has been here almost 10 years. Ive been coming here because of him. I see alot of people who say this and that but hes just being honest. He doesnt lie he doesnt try to hide the truth.

We love Asian food, and we took full advantage of their selection of snacks and quick meals. We also got food from the indoor food court next door, which was delicious, and had lots of options.”

They reached out to try and resolve the matter, this was not requested by me, however they took it upon themselves to address the issue. I great appreciate the effort and speaks highly of their character.Again, I'm still frustrated with "GNC" and this issue, but appreciate franchise owner for reaching out to me on this.I've updated my review from 1 Star to 4 Star purely on the Franchise owner's actions.Original review below:Beware, this is NOT an GNC location which is part of "GNC". Only items purchased from this store, they will action on, meaning, and any purchases made online or other GNC locations they will not provide any help.
