“I am the owner of this cleaners and want to clear a misunderstanding for the below review.It was a white top and black bottom dress. Black color from the bottom bled and ran over to the top white part during cleaning and became grey.Although it’s very rare, it does happen especially on first cleaning. Since it’s defected, you can usually return it to the store.I thought you were going to talk to your wife and try to find a receipt, but since I have not heard from you, I thought you or your wife returned it already.We have been at this location for about 15 years and been in cleaning business for about 30 years. We know how to clean and handle clothes but obviously, don’t know how to explain situations.We are sorry for a misunderstanding. Although unfortunate situations happen, we try very hard to provide best quality and service for every single customer.”

“I generally really love CD One Price Cleaners. My one issue is that they did launder a silk shirt one time and completely washed out much of the dye, fading the shirt grateful. Since I didn’t notice it (it was a summer shirt I took in toward the end of the season), I never brought it back to complain. All that said, they’ve done a nice job on everything else for years. I’ll admit, I’m a bit ore prescriptive now when I drop things off, very directly point in our which things need to be dry cleaned and which laundered, but since I’ve done that I’ve had no further problems.”
“Man i absolutely love this place!I had got my hair done and noticed they slopped hair oil all on my neck causing it to be on my brand new Columbia coat! I took it here and they got it right out! Also very affordable I’ve been getting my clothes cleaned here every time now! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more.
I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy.
The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced.
Thanks again Chris, can't thank you enough.

She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. We had them do a deep clean, and they paid attention to every corner, and before leaving, made sure to ask if we were satisfied with their service. This is not to say anything of Carla's kindness and congeniality as a human being. She truly believes in serving her clients not just as customers but as human beings. “I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”

“The washers and dryers work really well here, and it's pretty clean overall. I saw staff walking around pretty consistently, either cleaning the floors, maintaining machines not in use, or otherwise keeping things running smoothly.On the downside, the touchscreens on the card machines seem kinda janky. It took me several attempts to buy a new card with the amount I wanted on it. Also not a fan of the really drab, gloomy grey interior. They also have a LOT of TVs with the volume turned WAY up. Couple this with the echo from the high ceiling and it can get incredibly noisy in here. Also they have a vending machine for snacks, but no drinks, strangely. Guess you can get something at the Jewel nearby if necessary.4 stars overall, decent place to go when I have more laundry than the tiny stacked unit in my apartment can handle.”
“Kim is The Best!!! My family has been coming to TJ Cleaners for years for alterations and they do such good work. You can’t even tell the jeans and pants were hemmed. Amazing work! The dry cleaning always comes out looking brand new. We travel all the way from Hoffman Estates to get our clothes dry cleaned and to get alterations. I would not trust any other place with our alteration and dry cleaning needs. Kim is truly the Best…!!!”

“LOVE Smart Wash! I’ve been using their wash and fold service for over 5 years as my apartment building doesn’t supply decent washer/dryers. I come every week and have the best experience. Clothes is always clean same day and folded beautifully I just need to put them away when I get home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. I usually see Amalia who is amazing since I drop my clothes off the same day every week but the whole team is great!”

I was in town for a wedding and the owner worked with me to get my dresses ready in time (24 hours after drop-off).I included a photo of the owner adding extra plastic to the bottom of my very long dress. “I stopped in here to wash some sheets and a comforter that I bought for my son, as he just moved to Lombard from Naperville. This is a great Laundromat! The lady that works here was so helpful and made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to know about using a fast card, coins or a debit card. It is all very convenient. I was so happy not to have to deal with coins. This place is very clean and love that Ace Hardware is next door along with a great restaurant.”

“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed.
