THEY ARE FRAUDS. They advertise that they approve anyone who has filed for bankruptcy but it is not true. Than when you ask why, they say it's cause it gets the phone ringing. They are slimey, shady little weasels.

Best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. And I have have been to many car dealerships. I have heard so many times oh yea come on in and we will take care of you. I called asked for Bo he took my info and he told me when I was ready to call him and. He will have something for me. Well he not only delivered with his word but I got the absolute best experience in buying a car someone can have. I was not pressured to buy something I didn’t want. I had a nice variety of options to choose from. And every person I worked with that night was wonderful and so kind. We laughed and talked and they were really just so nice and made my day. Thank you again Bo, Ed and Ray for my wonderful service.

I’m super late for this review. I got my suv there in 2019. They were able to get me out of a bad situation and get me into exactly what I was looking for. I haven’t had a single issue with my suv. I’ve had regular maintenance done and the suv is still in great condition. Everyone there was super helpful and nice to work with. I have major anxiety when dealing with buying a new car & sitting at a dealership. They were straight to the point, gave me several nice options and got me out of there.

I have bought my last five cars here, over a period of about 20 years. During that time I have had good credit, great credit, and horrible credit. They have always treated me with the same level of care, honestly and respect regardless of the credit situation. They have been upfront and honest about what they could and could not accomplish with me given my current credit status, but they have always been respectful in how they have managed these discussions. I 100% recommend them if you are looking for a 2 to 3 year old car. One last point, when I bought my first car from them, one of the tires had some damage, nothing that was horrible, but best to replace. It was late on a Saturday when I bought the car. They promised they would put four new tires on it there following week. I did not get this in writing. The next week they installed four brand new speed rates Yokhamas. They are men of their word

If you are looking for a vehicle, Motor World needs to be your first and only stop. I have never had such a great car buying experience. They are straight forward and work to put you in a great vehicle that fits your needs. My situation was a bit difficult and the owner worked on my deal personally and got me and my children a great truck the I can afford. Never in my life will I purchase a vehicle anywhere else but Motor World.

This is the first time in my life I could actually relax during a car sale. They were recommended by our bankruptcy attorneys and did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly, honest, and what they said they would do they delivered. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good car dealership.

Poor communication, terrible communication, you have to force them to communicate. I was referred by my lawyer. When I applied, I started a new job, I was told to wait until I received my first check stub and to call back. Well, I did that, TWICE, with no results. They are said to be of amazing help and very willing, Im guessing they hand pick individuals they want to work with. A simple email stating you can't help me or are not willing would've been great vs not getting back to a potential customer AT ALL. I don't recommend them at all. I am not looking for a solution, this is for the customers or potential customers "FYI". I'll never deal with any business with poor communication. Imagine buying a car, something going wrong and not able to reach the seller.....I'm sure their communication is even more terrible after a purchase.

I did a thing the other dayyyy. I bought a car and sooooo happy with my purchase. I asked a lot of questions, was hesitant at first because of pricing reasons but the owner himself was very patient with me and explained it all to me. Very good family owned business, highly recommended!!! Thanks for everything Bo and Ray… ohhhhh, and I forgot to mention, they sent an Uber to pick me up when I couldn’t get a ride there.
