The African American Phlebotomist Sharon who drew our blood was super nice. She handled my daughter very well. She usually starts getting dizzy and light headed whenever we go for blood work. Came to this location to get labs done for my 5 yr old son, your lab tech Reema was calm and explained everything to him so well. She really took the time to build a rapport with him so he trusted her. It was a great experience, She is such a great asset to your team!
