I came in with a malfunctioning vacuum. Geiger heard what was going wrong, pushed a single button on my device and sent me home a happy customer. My vacuum works wonderfully now and it didn’t cost me a cent. Geiger at the Vac Shop knows his stuff! And he even carried my machine back to my car

I knew what I was looking for they had it on the floor and I was out the door in 30 minutes first time there. I would recommend that they advertise they accept trade ins. They gave me $125.00 for my old oreck, such a great deal.

Geiger was so helpful diagnosing the reason my Oreck was smoking. He knew exactly the correct solution with minimal cost. I’ve been an Oreck fan for 35 years and will continue to use this shop for new machines, parts and service!

Great service from Geiger. He gave me all the information that I needed to to decide whether to get my vacuum repaired or to buy a to new one. The price he quoted am a to get my old vacuum repaired was very fair but I ended up buying a new one, since mine is over 17 years old and the price for a new one was right. It was a pleasure doing business with Geiger. As a retired sales manager I can say that he is the type of sales person that alwaysI looked to hire.

We have been customers at this location for years and they never disappoint. Our Orecks have seldom needed service but when they do it has always been taken care of on an efficient and timely basis at this store. Most recently we brought our 2020 Oreck in because of a problem with the switch. Geiger explained the issue to us and reminded us that we had a seven year warranty (we had forgotten). He also reminded us that we are entitled to a free yearly tuneup for the first seven years of ownership (we had forgotten that too). Long story short, the new handle and switch were covered by the warranty and the tuneup found some minor things that we took care of before they became problems. Total cost less than $70. That was a great result. Geiger and Sue are very knowledgeable and personable. Go to this store and you won’t be disappointed!

I came in to get my vacuum serviced and Geiger helped us. He was pleasant to work with, professional and understood our concerns and needs. Unfortunately, our paperwork on the vacuum got lost in the transfer of new ownership a few years back. This issue prevented us from taking advantage of the warranty. After a thorough explanation, it wasn’t worth to pay to get our vacuum fixed. Geiger suggested that we could trade in the vacuum and get a new one. After considering the options, it was more cost-effective to go ahead and get a new vacuum. Geiger helped us figure out which one was best for our needs. Thank you for all your help Geiger! We’ll be back :)

I had an issue with my Shark vacuum, but as it turned out, very minor. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the vacuum. I took it to Geiger and within 2 minutes or less he saw the issue and corrected it. No charge! I would definitely recommend this shop and will use them again.
