Pet Supplies Plus Glen Ellyn is a favorite local pet store with every thing needed for all pets. It has a really good variety of pet foods, including healthy and harder to find, better quality brands not available at other stores. The store participates in local adoption events and has live animals. There is an awesome self serve dog wash in house with wonderful water pressure and good soap selection. Customers can bring their pet inside. It feels more inviting and comfortable than larger chains, though some items are priced high. The staff provides truly exceptional service.
Got my wonderful cat Luna here (previously named claudeeta) which goes through st Sophia’s rescue. They store and st Sophia’s were great in letting me see her before she picked us out . Such a friendly cat she convinced my other cat to like her within like a week which is pretty quick for him

The prices are very competitive, usually half the price you would pay at a pet store and they have some amazing sales. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome. It's a small store but the deals are amazing.

Went in looking for a dog wash and was met with great service from Will and Ronin. Will was very attentive and answered all of my questions. Ronin was always right there when we needed help and was super kind to us. We will be returning again.
