Pet Supplies Plus Glen Ellyn is a favorite local pet store with every thing needed for all pets. It has a really good variety of pet foods, including healthy and harder to find, better quality brands not available at other stores. The store participates in local adoption events and has live animals. There is an awesome self serve dog wash in house with wonderful water pressure and good soap selection. Customers can bring their pet inside. It feels more inviting and comfortable than larger chains, though some items are priced high. The staff provides truly exceptional service.
Love this store it's clean and organized, always has friendly employees they greet you the minute you walk in and I love that!

I was in there the other day washing my 150 lb German Shepherd and I have to say the service from Genessa was excellent. Very friendly women that were more than happy to help in any way possible. Excellent job!
