This is a particularly good Staples Store. The manager is unusually responsive and helpful, not always just passing issues along to someone else, but instead handling them himself. He also has selected a particularly excellent staff who know their stuff and cheerfully assist you. In fact, they stick with any problem to the end solution. Kudos especially to the friendly helpful creative print staff who have done wonders for me.

Nice store and staff, easy in/ easy out. Walk-in or order online, pick up or request delivery if that's important to you. I usually pick up unless it's heavy/ bulky.

The Copy & Print center at this location, specifically the employee Areeba, has made my customer experience incredible. I have been at the print center multiple times this week to print various items for my sister’s bridal shower. She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with all of my questions and showed great attention to detail. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location because of Areeba’s excellent customer service.

I am so thrilled with the service and quality of this store and the printing department. Areeba, nick and a gentleman who’s name starts with G, sorry I didn’t get the rest. They were helpful, kind, informative and beyond capable. They showed me my options and then delivered exactly what I wanted in the exact time they quoted. Quality, service and price were all excellent. I WILL definitely return for my next printing project. Thank you so much to all three employees!

Went to make copy. Need 5 bucks to even start making copies. Card reader is no current and struggles to read cards. Ask staff for help and we're unhelpful and wanted you to buy a gift card. Total waste of time. Will never use this store again!

This staples partners with iPostal to have packages shipped and picked up here. I don’t know what happened but ever since the woman who used to work this area left my packages have not been getting entered. It can come from USPS, UPS, or Amazon…they’re not getting entered after about 72 hours. Since December I’ve had to physically come up here and watch associated run around to find my packages that are usually sent from my job (the entire reason I use this service so things don’t get stolen from my apartment). My job sent a new charger for my work computer that was delivered Sunday at 2pm, it Tuesday afternoon and I just left Staples and they cannot find my package and “hope it was dropped off”. There’s no designated area for the packages they had to create one within the print area so packages are just kinda everywhere. O wouldn’t have wrote this if it happened once… maybe even twice. This is my 3rd or 4th package that hasn’t been entered the day it’s dropped off yet magically appears when I show up (except today). Hopefully my package is found and I have another on the way that hopefully doesn’t get lost. Defeats the whole point of the service :(

I came in to get bulk copies of a letter and had trouble with the self-service copy/print machine. Nick couldn’t have been more helpful as we troubleshooted and was so, so kind. I also overheard him swamped with calls and being warm and helpful to every customer he encountered. Thank you for the great service and holiday cheer!

I needed a new chair for wfh and I had no idea where to begin. Alex made our experience a pleasure and was very informative. Alex took time to answer all my questions however ridiculous they probably were! He made my decision so much easier and smooth as I’m very indecisive and his knowledge went a long way. Thank you for being a kind and patient person!! I am very grateful to have had a wonderful employee and my experience at Staples was great.
