The UPS store in Market Plaza-Glen Ellyn is the absolute best! I sometimes have the most crazy packing/shipping requests and they are always willing to find a way to make it work!! I appreciate the friendly staff as well!

I visited this place to get documents notarized and had a great experience. The notary process was completed within 5 minutes. I had mistakenly written the wrong date in one of the documents, but the owner was very helpful - quickly printed a corrected copy and completed the notarization efficiently. Highly recommend for fast and friendly service!

If you are carrying 2 large, heavy boxes and are trying to open the door (NO ADA) be prepared to watch 2 men and 2 women watch you from behind the counter (no customers inside but me) as you struggle. 2 trips to get everything in and they stood there!
UPS westmont is 1000% better. Too bad I'm too far away.

This UPS store is always my go to! It has been under new ownership for a couple of years and we saw the change right away! They are so helpful when I'm sending packages and even better -quick in and out! Amazon returns that I have labeled - I just drop on counter - ( if they are with another customer ) because I know it will be scanned in. Very trustworthy and always smiling staff!
