if there was an Oscar for incompetence in consumer banking US Bank would take the gold. After closing the main branch in downtown. Glen Ellyn a few years ago, they recently closed their remaining branch with no announcement or warning. i will be moving our checking account to the local Chase branch. BTW...I finally spoke to a live representative and was told they didn't know why it was closed nor could they connect with anyone who did. Mike Mohr

Beautiful bank,probably a nice lobby,too bad you can't go in. You have to use drive thru and they only open 2 lanes and lines for service can get quite long since they don't open the other 2 lanes. . Plan ahead and allow some extra time

Currently ATM is removed. As a long time user of this bank this was a big surprise. An indication of the ATM removal prior to going around the building would be highly useful. Also if you could direct people to the next available ATM would also be useful. Drive up hours are not convenient to a large number of people.

Norm Toscano is FANTASTIC!! He set me up with my business checking and business credit accounts. He also provided me with all the information I needed. He has also helped me with small issues. Never disappoints. Thank you, Norm!!

The service here has gone downhill over the years. I've currently been waiting in line for about 30 minutes now along with 6 other people. 2 people got so frustrated they left and I heard someone yelling at the workers for the slow service at the drive thru. They only had 1 worker helping everyone. He claimed the wait is because someone called off but at that point the manager should step in and help... the entire bank shouldn't come to standstill just because one person called off.

I thought about writing this review for a couple of weeks .I want to share what happened to me when I went into the bank and was greeted by Sam Menard. I ask Sam what current CD rate were and told her Republic Bank had 2.50% for 60 months for an IRA . Sam said they had nothing close . Then I ask her if she could give me a list of all the CD,s I had at the bank. Sam said I will pull them up on the screen and show them to you. Gave Sam my drivers license .I ask her if she could print them for me so I could have them for my taxes. Sam said no the bank does not do that any more. I said that is ok can you send them to me in the mail she said no.Then I asked her if I can take screen shot of them with my phone she said no again.Then I ask her how can I get a list of my CD,s . Said nothing .Got up to leave with a smart mouth Sam says have a wonderful day. I said to her you do not have to be smart about it again have a wonderful day. Left there and went to the other branch downtown Glen Ellyn .on forest ave .Greeted by a lady and ask if she could help me. Explain to her what I needed she said no problem .I will have to print each account separate with in five minutes she was done.Went back to see Sam told that I went to different Us bank branch showed her what I had done for me at the other bank .She says nothing but have a wonderful day . Ask for her card and saw she was the Branch Manager.and asked her is the way a Branch Manager is suppose to act . With a smart mouth again have wonderful day.My question is how does a bank give someone a title like Branch Manager that does not want to help someone with a simple request ?

A lady by the name of Sam was very helpful. I wanted to close my savings account because I didn't know you would get charged after four times transferring money from your savings to your checking account. She set me up with two checking accounts one is kinda like a savings account but you don't have to keep a minimum of 300 dollars and you don't get charged for transferring to your account. She was very nice talking to me about my job because she saw I had an Ellyns shirt on. I like good customer service and this bank has that.
