On 2/21 I dropped off an envelope at this USPS location for overnight delivery. As of 2/25 the envelope still hasn't been scanned by USPS, according to the tracking info.

Made a passport application appointment for kids. Arrived 10 minutes in advance of appointment, as requested. It took them 25 minutes to inform us that the person who processes their passport applications was “running late” and we could drive to Glendale Heights instead.
Update: Glendale Heights post office doesn’t isn’t passports. Wow.

They need some serious training on professional etiquette at this location. I’ve never had someone say the package I’m shipping “smells like beetlejuice”… girl what? Workers are rude and unprofessional. I’ve never had this issue at any other USPS location. Maybe she was new, but answering your phone call instead of taking care of the customer in front of you is wild to me. At the very least step away from the desk lol

Apparently uniforms are no longer part of how you can identify postal employees. We went to drop off a number of packages and while all were on the counter the employee said "move that closer to me" so she didn't have to even move to get the next package. She was wearing a black sweatshirt and headband and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by coming into the store. Utterly unhelpful to the two people before us, one of which had a notice from two days prior to pick up certified mail. Sad how bad the post office has gotten.

They deleted my review! I had written about the disgusting discrimination from manager and staff.

I dropped a package off more than two days ago and it has YET to be scanned in. So I have no proof of USPS receiving it and for all I know it's most or someone stole it. Beyond upset.

Generally, the staff are nice. There is one young lady who is always looking at her personal phone while helping customers. In addition, she is rude. This location constantly runs out of supplies. Once it was no stamps. This trip, no tape. Finally, I noticed that the glass case, where customers stand and complete their packages, was cracked--the glass was uneven along the crack and a person could easily cut themselves on it. I told the clerk, but he didn't seem to care only noting, "it wasn't that way last week."

Except for one woman, the employees are disinterested and rude. The actual mail carriers are fine. The building exterior is overgrown and looks terrible. The final straw is that twice in the last two months I have been told they are “out of stamps.” Seriously?? When I went to the Wheaton branch to buy stamps and told them that Glen Ellyn had no stamps their response was “Again?”

Rude and unhelpful clerk. I don't understand how a clerk can be rude and unhelpful when someone asks how to mail a package.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life the lady working there doesn't seem to understand that not everybody has a cell phone and is able to look up a zip code immediately she would not help me she would not look up the zip code for me and then asked me to step out of line until I figure it out I think it's atrocious that that lady works there and I don't know how she has a job when customer service is the most important thing at the USPS it's very sad to see that they're not willing to help people

I came to this location first time but i was very happy with the experience. Ease of finding parking which is very close to the building. Lines were short at least when i was there. The person at the register greeted me and very pleasant to talk to. Very efficient with work and quick.

I have used the DuPage Blvd location since 2001. The staff at this location always seems to be working hard to get to everyone, always friendly, patient and professional. The US Postal Service gets a bad rap, and sometimes it is well-deserved, but the staff at this location has always performed well under sometimes very demanding circumstances
