Rudest person I’ve ever met! I came in an hour before closing and was ignored to only be yelled at when I tried to get someone’s attention. The associate walked right past me and after I said “hi” and I was ignored. She claimed she was on break. The nice thing to do would let me know that before just walking away from me. Then she argued with me, and was disrespectful in front of other customers. Worst customer service ever. Go to Carol Stream/Glendale Heights instead where they treat customers with respect and are kind.

Avoid this location! It is poorly staffed with very limited street parking, smells like a damp basement, dirty, and is sometimes closed at random times throughout the day.

if I could give zero stars I would. I have called over 50 times in the last two weeks during business hours and no one has answered the phone. I moved over 1 month ago and have no received any of my mail and cannot connect with anyone to address this and I live out of town and cannot go in person. does anyone even work here or have hands to answer the phone? floored that this is a government building.

Rude,too busy staff. Was told they were too busy and to bring my package to Roosevelt location. I then asked if I could by stamps but was told I could do that at the Roosevelt location as well.

Atrocious customer service. The woman who works here is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life! If you don’t like your job, QUIT and let others who appreciate having a federal job serve the public! I came here to open a P.O. Box and purchase 100s of stamps for work, however I’ve decided to take my business somewhere else to avoid dealing with this miserable personality and negative attitude!

Truly awful post office. The customer service is atrocious. One woman who works here is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I asked a question regarding my package and she started screaming at me. Took my package and left. If you can, avoid this post office and go somewhere else because then At least you know your package will be handled by someone who truly cares for others. This isn’t the first time this woman has done this to me either. I always go in and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was truly outrageous.

Good post office, seems like the "road less traveled". Wide open, no lines during lunchtime. Rare for most post offices. Staff was friendly
