Rude,too busy staff. Was told they were too busy and to bring my package to Roosevelt location. I then asked if I could by stamps but was told I could do that at the Roosevelt location as well.

Atrocious customer service. The woman who works here is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life! If you don’t like your job, QUIT and let others who appreciate having a federal job serve the public! I came here to open a P.O. Box and purchase 100s of stamps for work, however I’ve decided to take my business somewhere else to avoid dealing with this miserable personality and negative attitude!

Truly awful post office. The customer service is atrocious. One woman who works here is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I asked a question regarding my package and she started screaming at me. Took my package and left. If you can, avoid this post office and go somewhere else because then At least you know your package will be handled by someone who truly cares for others. This isn’t the first time this woman has done this to me either. I always go in and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was truly outrageous.

Good post office, seems like the "road less traveled". Wide open, no lines during lunchtime. Rare for most post offices. Staff was friendly

A truly terrible post office. I came in to mail a package (I had the box and the shipping label) and the worker refused to use the tape on hand to tape my package. Instead, they wanted me to buy my own roll of tape, from the post office, to ship the package that I had already paid for. She gave me the option of going home to tape it, which I did, and did not return to that particular post office. I suggest you do the same if you are shipping.

Abysmal. I was supposed to have a delivery today, they person delivering never came to our door, never rung the bell, likely never even drove by and listed the package as undelivered because mailbox full. It was an amazon order for a wagon. It would have gone on the front porch.

I was supposed to have a delivery today, they person delivering never came to our door, never rung the bell, likely never even drove by and listed the package as undelivered because mailbox full. It was an amazon order for a wagon. It would have gone on the front porch. someone was just a lazy guy and didn't do his job. This isn't the first time a Sunday delivery has been scrubbed because their office sent someone out too lazy to actually walk to the door.
