Terrible terrible drive through service. Extremely long wait times and rude staff. Phones anever answered and after waiting in a queue for more than 10 min they hang up. Either replace the incompetent staff or add more!

Pharmacy staff is absolutely terrible and irresponsible. I called to ask the Pharmacist questions regarding a prescription and was hung up multiple times. Once I was inside, I went to the counter and was still on the phone with the staff and saw them hanging up on calls over and over again.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They refuse to give flu shots after 8pm. Went to the Villa Park location and got great service.

It’s as if it’s every employees first day on the job at this location. Incredibly rude and slow staff. I’ve watched them deliberately hang up on people and make no effort to be discreet when talking poorly about customers. The pharmacy call center is even worse. Changing all of our medication to Amazon pharmacy and you should too!

Horribly long waits at the pharmacy, inside and at drive through. I'm currently parked at the drive-thru. Have been sitting here for over 10 minutes. Only one car has been waited on and those of us back in line cannot exit.

HORRIBLE SLOW DRIVE THRU SERVICE
Came on a Saturday night to the drive thru pick up my prescription around 10:15pm
There was only ONE CAR in front of me but it took them a very long time
I was waiting for around 15-20 mins
Then once I actually got to the window, I had to wait another 10-15 mins
Huge waste of time. Never coming here again
By the way, I placed my medication refill order online and it was already ready for pick up

Awful experience. 0 stars I could. The staffing there is the worst. I got off work and called in my prescription because it takes me an hour or so to get home from work. A little longer to get to this walgreens. I got off at 6pm. The lady I talked to said it would be ready in 1.5hrs. I got there at 7:20pm and waited in line until 7:40pm with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window they had my prescription scheduled to be ready on September 8th... so I explained I called in and repeated what I was told. The guy at the window never came back and instead had the pharmacist talk over a speaker saying I had to wait another 20min for it to be ready. I told them I called ahead and if she could just get it ready and ill be on my way. She then replied that she cant do that and instructed me to leave the line and come back. So I circled around and got back in line with now 3 cars in front of me and I waited there another 30 min until I got back to the window. In total I was there for an hour even though I called ahead of time. This happened on September 5 at 7pm. I hope someone from Walgreens reads this and fires the staff there so no one else has to wait that long to get there medication especially when calling ahead of time.

This Walgreens is my absolute favorite. The pharmacy, staff and managers, especially Mark, always gone above and beyond. I have found that early morning (7am) is an amazing time to go.
Pharmacy: I always have an issue with a prescription every month, and the staff (Nicole) never get frustrated and work diligently with me and my insurance company.
*I think it’s important to remember that these people are not Walgreens, they work for Walgreens. They do the best they can with what they are working with. Kindness and patience goes along way.

The longest lines and worst service ever. I can’t wait for Amazon to start accepting my insurance for prescriptions. Ever since they closed the Lombard location, this pharmacy is super busy, long lines, constantly out of r/x needed, and supposed to be 24 hours, but they close twice a day for meal breaks because they refuse to hire people.

Don’t fill prescriptions on time ever, takes several calls and then suddenly they happen to find the medication on the magic shelf.
Very difficult to work with this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist Henna/ Hannah whatever her name is because they were reluctant to tell me probably because they know I was going to write a complaint is the WORST. She makes a mistake on filling my prescription, I caught while still in the car come back in the drive thru no less than 3 mins later and she says “I’m going on meal break I’ll be back to fix it after” after she lied about verifying the medication with me which she didn’t. This pharmacy has always been good to me and efficient, however, I see it is really going downhill! Shameful and don’t throw the techs at disgruntled customers when the pharmacist is the one making people angry.

When picking up medication watch charges and make sure they’re not overcharging Also, I’ve noticed price price changes with medication goes up and down keep a eye on sad Walgreens cutting back and employees and staff are paying the price do better Walgreens corporate office
