PLEASE READ! I don't typically leave reviews, but this one is vitally important!!! DON'T GET YOUR MEDICINE HERE!Pharmacy screwed up my prescription 2 months in a row for 2 different prescriptions, both of which for mental health. This past screw up has really been a detriment to mental health and the person that answered the phone on 2/18 at 6:18pm admitted that the wrong dosage (30mg) of my Deloxetine (anti-depressant) was given to me. And since they both look the same and I don't expect my pharmacy to screw up soooo badly, I didn't look at the label to double check! I was wondering how my health declined so quickly (2 months) I actually thought, I hit my peek with this medicine because it wasn't working anymore!!! The person answering the phone hung up so quickly after admitting the mistake and filling my script for the right dosage, that was another acknowledgement of wrongdoing in my opinion.

This pharmacy never has anything on stock! Every time it’s ready for my prescription I have to wait 2-3 days. By then I missed 2-3 days of not taking my medicine witch is dangerous for me not to take.

The employee at store 324 that just helped me was incredibly helpful in the middle of the night kudos to him. I did not catch his name but he has longish brown hair and very good demeanor. I see the reviews for the store at two stars so he probably won’t stay at this Walgreens long. The good ones always move on.

HORRIBLE experience. Set up an appointment for a vaccine shot. Got there early but still had to wait 20 min in the same line to check in as other people picking up their medication. Then had to wait again to get the actual shot. Horrible check in system

This Walgreens is straight trash. Several times I’ve gone in here and employees are just standing at the registers looking around while employees are ringing alert bells for certain items and looking for someone to assist. Took me at least 5 minutes to get anti-acids. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. Once someone finally does come to help (be prepared to walk across the store to go ASK them to do their job) there’s a good chance your cashier is gonna hate their life and be exceptionally negative. The total the screen showed was different than the amount on the receipt so I asked him if he could pull up the transaction in his system to confirm (mind you I had just made the purchase not even 30 seconds ago) and I get “nothing I can do, if the amount was wrong dispute it with your bank” LOL. It boils down to this, if you don’t wanna work, don’t clock in because nobody wants the negative, extensive experience when trying to have a pleasant in and out.

Absolutely incompetent operations, rude and inaccurate accusations, and terrible customer service. If you’re like me, and would expect a pharmacy to fulfill a basic ear infection prescription for you daughter in a timely manner, don’t come here - they’re entirety incompetent across the board. They failed at every step (phone service, counter service, filling the prescription in a timely manner, providing accurate pickup times, etc.), but most of all, they failed to help a sick infant get better for 7 hours. Shame on you and your staff for such terrible execution and customer service.

Walgreens has Zero regard for customers' time. For any company out there, if one of your business goals is not to save your customer time, you have a limited future. (Just look at the corporate wreckage behind Amazon.)Walgreen's phone bot accepts prescription refills, tells you they will be ready tomorrow. You wait 2 days and try to pick them up. Neither of them is ready and one of them has to be renewed. Then you get text messages for 3 days that one of them is ready and there is a problem with the other, but you better pick up the "ready" prescription before they restock it. (And, stupid me, I don't live next door to Walgreens - so I don't want to drive there twice.) So I call my clinic and they tell me that they had already been called by Walgreens and sent in the renewal. So I call Walgreens, and after 10 minutes screwing around with the phone bot, being filled in about the limited availability of the Covid shot (that I got last week) and being subjected to a long list of the times of their employee's lunch breaks, I finally got to talk to a real pharmacist who told me that she knows of no renewal of my prescription - they only see the prescription has been cancelled. I explain my discussion with the Eye Clinic and tell them - call the Clinic, they will be happy to talk to you. (And, when you call Wheaton Eye Clinic they actually resolve your problem. It's like magic.)My Blue Cross Blue Shield required that I use this Walgreens. Otherwise I'd wouldn't. If you have no insurance restrictions, do yourself a favor, either get healthy or try another pharmacy. How could Walgreens significantly improve service? Get a really state-of-art AI, with access to their databases, to manage their phone calls. We should be close to being able to do that. And start measuring things that have to do with their customer's time. Measure the times people come in to pick up a prescription (or drive up to the window) and leave without it. Measure how long people have to wait for service (shots, etc.) after showing up at their designated time. Measure the frequency and duration of computer outages at the store. With data like that they could significantly improve customer experience. Oh... and I just got a call that my prescriptions are ready. We'll see...So I went to pick up the prescriptions. There are 2 drive through areas. I was first in line for mine. Waited 20m 24s (brought a stop watch) before someone came on the speaker. They had only 1 of my 2 prescriptions. The one they sent me the 3 msgs on - insisting I pick it up ? Well - they didn't have that. Told me come back in 20m. I gave them 32. (Bought groceries, went to Staples.)Went inside this time (by this time the drive-through was about 6 or 7 car lengths long). Got up to the counter immediately. There was only an 8m20s wait while they searched for my mislaid eyedrops. This doesn't seem to be a staffing problem. There were 9 people (I could count) in the pharmacy area. All seemed busy. The people I've dealt with have been nice, polite. So if it's not staffing, Walgreens issues must be either IT systems, Process, Training/Culture and/or the quality of Management.

The worst customer service ever! Managers walk past full lines. Pharmacy is a joke. I've been in the drive thru for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES! They don't care about their customers or employees or they would hire more help.

Mirabelle at the pharmacy is efficient, caring and capable. She went out of her way to help me obtain out of stock medication on short notice. Thanks!

I tried to call this location to get a prescription transferred, it's the only 24 hour pharmacy around where I live.I was on hold for over 20 minutes and I finally gave up and decided to go in person. The poor girls were swamped, 2 techs for 5 people in store plus the drive thru. While the tech that helped was friendly enough, I ended up waiting over 2 hours for my prescription.

0 stars, for lying to a pharmacy customer. Forcing a healthcare worker to come back after a 13 hr shift for the pharmacist to “consult” after his meal break. After coming back he doesn’t speak to me at all and the pharm tech’s response was “he needed to check the cap”. Through the already stapled together bag?

Came in during a slow time , dropped of a script with 1 of them having 16 pills another having 22 pills. Was told it would be 30 minutes. Came back 2 hours later to he told they didn't even have it together or started. What type of laziness is this ? I will never shop at walgreens again.Do better .

Worst vaccination experience of my life. It was marked “complete” before I was even checked in, my 3 year old was made to wait over an hour (we made appointments well in advance)Staff literally ignored us when we would try to ask questions. The pharmacist touched door handles, computers, etc with gloves on that he intended to also use in the administration of our vaccinations. Another pharmacist had to tell him to change them. They also didn’t have the proper vaccinations ready and then chided US for “rushing” them after we waited 90 minutes total. This place is meh in regards to prescriptions, but stay away if you need a vaccination.
