I love this Binny's so much. The whole staff is friendly and cheerful, which makes for a wonderful shopping experience. They welcome dogs which makes it easy to swing in and shop while I'm taking my dog on a walk. Anytime I've needed help, an associate has been there to assist me. Robert has been amazing with helping me pick out wines for specific occasions, and Eric has been great with helping me find new craft beers. I'm so thankful to have this Binny's in my neighborhood and look forward to continuing to shop here.

Very nice and quiet area, close to my favorite lake...
I've been here a few times, to buy a delicious Zinfandel 🍇at a wonderful discount. The cashier man, Hugh, is a very nice and polite gentleman... excellent service!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Binny’s in Glencoe, specifically with the assistant store manager, Barbara. I came in to pick up an order and had trouble scanning the Binny’s barcode. While I was politely trying to explain that I couldn’t pull the code back up, Barbara abruptly cut me off and said, “I don’t care—you cannot use your own Binny’s card, and we don’t do that here,” with a rude and dismissive attitude.
I remained calm and respectful the entire time, doing everything I could to resolve the issue, but her tone and approach were completely uncalled for. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a company like Binny’s. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
I would not recommend visiting this location based on how I was treated. Customer service should always be handled with patience and professionalism—unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I came into Binnys curios about trying non-alcoholic THC/Mushroom drinks. The young gentleman Eric, was super helpful, patient, l friendly and impressively knowledgeable about all of the products. A pleasure doing business here.

This is by far the best Binny’s I’ve ever been to. From management to register, each employee is dedicated to catering to the consumers’ specific needs. The selection is bar none, and each specialist from their respective department won’t guide you the wrong direction. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences top to bottom, left to right with every encounter and purchase. I don’t hesitate to make this store my permanent solution for all beverage purchases.
