On the pricier side maybe? But they do a phenomenal job- laundry done on site- and everyone there is incredibly friendly and remembers me when I come in. Highly recommended.

Good quality cleaning BUT dishonest and unaccommodating. (1) Dishonesty: I have gone here for years because of the good quality despite the nagging suspicion the prices charged when I pick up my clothes are higher than the prices on the receipt handed to me when I leave them off. I hadn't retained original receipts to check because at pick up they find garments by phone number. Yesterday I was certain the price at payment time exceeded that on the initial receipt (given me by the owner who'd looked at my pieces) and this time I'd kept the original and told the woman working the counter I thought the prices incorrect and wanted to run home for my receipt. I'd already laid my credit card on the counter and mistakenly left it there. By the time I returned 8 minutes later with my receipt indeed showing lower prices ($28 versus $36), she'd charged my card the higher price and, despite my presenting the receipt proving my position, refused to refund the overpayment. I phoned my credit card issuer to start a fraud dispute in front of her. She phoned the owner and he instructed her to refund the overpayment in cash. (2) Unaccommodating: One new top was shrunken by the cleaning. I discovered this when I put it on and immediately took it off and had a family member take it back to request re-blocking. The owner wanted to re-charge because he saw the deodorant smear from my putting it on and accused me of wearing the top. I'd brought hundreds of dollars in cleaning to him and he knew me well, so I was shocked he'd think I'd seek free cleaning on a garment I'd worn.

To say I was shocked is an understatement when I was charged $45 to dry clean my Brochu Walker cotton/polyester dress!! Nothing fancy about it! My bad for not asking beforehand!!!

Excellent dry cleaning and outstanding customer service. Owners take pride in the work and are very helpful, especially when special attention is needed. Good alterations too. Highly recommend.

Where in the world do they charge$9.50 to do basic pants dry cleaning. At North shore cleaners. ...and they didn't ebev do a good job. Save your money and stay away
