When we first found this Audi Q3 online, my husband was surprised and impressed when Eli personally responded right away to our emails—even at 9:30 at night. With us living three hours away from his dealership, Eli took the time to take us on a live video tour of the car and offered to take it to a mechanic of our choice for an inspection. (We opted not to do this as the Carfax report was great and Carneed had already done a thorough inspection.) When we decided to move ahead with the purchase, we contacted him after dinner on Thursday night. Eli, once again, thoroughly answered our remaining questions and had sales paperwork sent to us that very night via DocuSign. After sending him proof of wire transfer and insurance, Victor, Eli’s assistant, amazed us by saying they would get the car delivered to us that very day! “Jeremy helped me with car I bought. He was great. But, I felt a little bamboozled when he told me that he hid the keys (for the car I wanted) all day from other people so I could test drive the car I wanted (picture of the text for proof)…. Only to get there to be told that the car, that I had an appointment to test drive was on an “extended” test drive. The car arrived past my appointment time. I was told it was the owners niece that was doing an “extended” test drive. But I really think she had the car or was borrowing the car for a while. And there was a mismatch with the mileage that was advertised vs what the actual mileage was. It all worked out in the end, but that was the only thing I didn’t really enjoy. When I walked into the dealership, the price of the car went up as well. But Jeremy honored the price that I saw online. And since the mileage was not correct on the advertisement as well, Jeremy moved some things around for me to make it right. He’s getting five stars because he likes the show Blacklist, loves animals, and gave me Cheetos. And he is really knowledgeable of cars. The process took a really long…time. Was there for about 3 and a half hours. So ya. I mean. It’s a dealership. Just be smart.”

“If I could give Alberto 10 stars I would. I bought a 2008 RAV4 in March of last year, after searching all over the state for a good car with a good deal. I came across this shop while doing some research, and saw the RAV4 on his site. I called and he immediately told me to come up and test drive the car myself. It was SO clean, sturdy, and drove amazingly.
It has been almost 18 months with the car and I have had ZERO REAL PROBLEMS!!!!!! Outside of the normal wear and tear that comes with the years, this vehicle is NEAR PERFECT for its age. Whenever it’s time for maintenance or I need something fixed, I call up Alberto and he is ready to order the parts and fix the car asap. He knows all of his cars inside and out, and wants to make sure that you not only love the car when you drive off the lot, but for as long as you have it. And he will put in the work to make sure that you have it for a long, long time. That kind of dedication, care, and relationship building is so rare nowadays in a world where everybody is looking to make a quick buck off of the next guy.
For it to be as old as it is, the car was in tip-top shape, all thanks to Alberto putting in the work. He takes care of every single car that comes on to his lot and personally makes sure that they are all not only sellable, but in absolute great condition. The car has amazing bones, and Alberto made sure to take care of it for however long it sat on the lot.
The buying process was straightforward and easy, there were none of the problems you can encounter when dealing with independent dealers. He was extremely transparent about any issues the car may have had at the time, and let me know that I can always bring the car back to him.
I am so happy with the decision I made to buy from Vive. Not only did I receive a great car that I consider my baby, I made a great connection in Alberto. I feel safe in my vehicle, and knowing that I can take my “baby” to someone who cares about her just as much as I do (if not more) is the most comforting feeling in the world.
