“I showed up right at opening on a Monday, excited to check out a car. Unfortunately, it had already been spoken for, and Ed made it clear he wouldn’t sell it out from under his other customer. He felt so badly that I’d Ubered all the way there that he even covered my ride back to downtown Chicago.
Although I didn’t end up buying a car from this dealership, I was genuinely impressed by Ed’s integrity and the way he treats people. He clearly respects his customers and does business the right way. I would trust buying a car from him based on that alone.”

“Jeremy helped me with car I bought. He was great. But, I felt a little bamboozled when he told me that he hid the keys (for the car I wanted) all day from other people so I could test drive the car I wanted (picture of the text for proof)…. Only to get there to be told that the car, that I had an appointment to test drive was on an “extended” test drive. The car arrived past my appointment time. I was told it was the owners niece that was doing an “extended” test drive. But I really think she had the car or was borrowing the car for a while. And there was a mismatch with the mileage that was advertised vs what the actual mileage was. It all worked out in the end, but that was the only thing I didn’t really enjoy. When I walked into the dealership, the price of the car went up as well. But Jeremy honored the price that I saw online. And since the mileage was not correct on the advertisement as well, Jeremy moved some things around for me to make it right. He’s getting five stars because he likes the show Blacklist, loves animals, and gave me Cheetos. And he is really knowledgeable of cars. The process took a really long…time. Was there for about 3 and a half hours. So ya. I mean. It’s a dealership. Just be smart.”
