Went in to get a new battery and to have them install. I asked them if they install batteries 1st. I was rudely told yes, like I was questioning their ability. Popped the hood and his words "oh, that's scary! I can't do that, there's a lot of components, I could fry your car". I turned around and walked out. Keep your attitude in check my friends!! Never will be back.

I highly recommend this location, they were efficient fast respectful and very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Dil & Nate I saved money for the correct parts that I originally needed and not the one I was told I needed from another shop.

Purchased a battery online for my vehicle as it stated it would fit. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I asked if one of the techs could please review if the battery was the same fit. It was 7:38 PM when I picked up the order and was told since it is already dark, we are unable to perform anything on a vehicle but I will be fine since online stated it is compatible with my vencible. Fast forward to getting home, the battery did not fit in the vehicle. Returned to the store the next day in hopes to get the correct battery but was handled by an employee who was more interested in processing the return. I permitted the return and decided to go to Autozone. Not only did the employee state he could not reprint (yes reprint because there was no receipt paper in the machine), his manager reconfirmed he could not and if I wanted confirmation I could reach out to customer service. My concern is the "return receipt" would confirm we processed a return for a battery over $200. Thankfully, Autozone was able to immediately get the correct battery installed!

I wanted to say how awesome my experience was. Xavier went above and beyond helping me get everything I needed. I have always hated going into parts stores with the fears of being taken advantage of. Xavier not only helped me get the parts I needed but also made my experience great! I will forever return to this store.

Nathan and the gentleman in the afternoon were great. Came in to get an oil change. Nathan helped me find what I needed. All of the guys greeted me. Made me feel like I was talking to peers at home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Store opens at 7:30am. They don’t unlock the doors until 8am call corporate.
