The lane we were at (lane 2) was malfunctioning throughout the time we're were there. The management was nice enough to give us 30 minutes of more time, but the fun was already ruined. There are better Bowlero locations (Buffalo Grove - best one) so I would try those.

Best Bowlero I’ve been to in a while. Lanes were oiled, staff was friendly, overall great atmosphere. Big shout out to Kiana for her hospital service, overall kindness, and welcoming smile!
