Be careful when going through drive thru window for deposit. I was depositing 3 checks and they skipped a check. Good thing i noticed it and caught them. I will be triple checking every transaction from now on.

I opened a business banking account at this branch on October 14, 2023. Today is November 17, 2023. I have still yet to recieve my business banking card. I’ve called 100 times and spoken to several different people and they have all said that they would send me a replacement debit card in the mail and it should take 5-7 business days to receive the card. Still to this day I have not gotten anything in the mail. When I called to close out the account they didn’t even try to offer an apology or try to keep me as a customer. Totally unprofessional customer service. I will go to another bank that will appreciate my business.

cannot believe that the branch doesn't answer calls I tried four times and it hangs up , so disappointing, they lied ! said the check I deposited last Friday would clear in three days now it says till the 22nd just wanted clarification as to why ??? might have to switch banks this is terrible customer service.

If I could do 0 starts I would! I never write reviews however this was terrible. I deposited over $500 in cash on the far left ATM. sat for about 12 mins while it showed a loading screen. Decided to go inside and the woman that was sitting at the table when you first walk in was beyond rude. Telling me there nothing they can do because it was deposited. It wasn’t ever deposited, it was just circling. I had no receipt or email because nothing was processed. Then a older lady walked by and said I’ll reset the ATM for you. Went back outside and received half of the cash back and other half was deposited I guess?? Never putting my money in these ATMs at this location again and that lady at the front was so rude. Very very poor customer service!!!

The drive through ATM will hold your cash hostage for 15 minutes and after 10 calls with the location nobody picked up. I went inside and the employees did not care. This had not been the first time I've had issues with this location. Never doing business at this location again.

Shout out to Chase for ruining our family vacation. I save multiple checks prior and deposited 2 of them 4 days before we were leaving only to have Chase HOLD THEM HOSTAGE FOR 10 DAYS BECAUSE THEY CAN. The checks will be release the day we return. Most banks clear in 3 days. Not Chase. They will also tell you that they are within Federal guidelines to do so. I will be closing my account immediately when I return and never banking here again. I will be returning to my other bank where I have been for 25 years and have NEVER had issues. Way to screw your customers Chase.

I really appreciate for MR PATEL dose take care of me and my family .I Know him for many years and my family only goes to him.I met him when different branch chase workers game me hard time . He knows what he is doing and very professional.Thank for MR PATEL !

Bad customer service! I went 45 minutes before the bank closes to open up a dedicated account. That wasn’t enough time which I get but the tone of voice from the Front desk lady was far from welcoming. With as much as Chase is closing down there lobbies across locations they should be more accommodating. I will be opening up my account somewhere else other then Chase!

I had a great banking experience with Jason, Branch Manager. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I normally hate having to deal with any bank personnel however Jason made my experience very easy and pleasant.

Please save your time stay away from brijal patel. This guy is unprofessional and very rude. He claims that he’s the manager, there is nothing on his card that say that.Total waste of time, if you go there and specially too him. If there was a option off negative stars, he should get it.

Went there to open an account. They told me to wait in line out of more than six personal banking counter there were operating only two. After just a 5mins of wait the lady came in and said “it could be a longer wait you could wait or make an appoinment” i must tell you their appointment never works . So i had only the option to leave the branch.in short they dont want your business people please read all the review before going to this branch. I am not alone who felt the same.
