I have been a regular customer of this location for the last 4 years. The Pharmacy sent a text message to me with vastly incorrect information. I called to get the correct information as my prescription was called in by my Dr. I understand that people are sick and/or depending on the services, due the arrogant attitude of the New pharmacist who was obviously hurried and overwhelmed. I was put on hold mid-sentence and it was assumed that I wanted something earlier than possible. I was merely calling to verify that my order was called in correctly and to straighten out the pharmaceutical incompetence on the phone message. According to the phone text it would ready in over 3 weeks. I never had a single problem with any of the pharmacists. After being treated like I was problematic and somehow deserved to be spoken to like I was the issue and not the erroneous text.... I may switch to another location but the help always seems to come and go. I just thought Mr. Haris Rauf should be aware.. I will follow up

Night shift lady did not let me use coupon nor let me scan a discount card, seemed to have an attitude the entire time. Will not be returning.

The one Manager at Night time is super rude. The Manager during the day time James, is esepcially rude. Had to waste 15 minutes for something they should of know then they give me the wrong information & was super rude about it! Don’t shop here. everyones a joke here.

So my Mother ran out of her insulin so I had to go get it so I ask the gentleman is this all she’s getting and he said yes so I left and gave her the bag and it was no insulin but needles so we called the pharmacy again and they said that they just received it 10 mins ago, well how can they just receive it 10 mins ago when I was just up there less than 10 mins, so now my Mother has to pay $5 in a uber to go get something that they should have gave me in the first place, and not to mention I received no apology from them

This cvs it's my favorite store to shop but everytime Nit work she make my shopping experience very difficult and uncomfortable and she rolls her eyes at me cause I was taking out my coupons to the deals cause I love to donate a To my chruch I recommend this store if Nit isn't there to go she always me to me and I feel very uncomfortable when she is around and didnt let me use my extra buck today . I hope you guys can talk to nit and tell her to be costumer friendly with couponers and I work in retail I dont even treat my costumers unfairly when they have coupons I make them feel comfortable. Please retrain Nit I shop at this cvs every Sunday and Friday. The only reason i come to this CVS is cause of Syed please give him a raise hes awesome and costumer friendly and coupon friendly if he leaves I leave I cant deal with Nit. Worst CVS of all the ones I've been too. No idea on products or how to use systems. Just a bunch of untrained employees. Would much rather any of the other CVS locations nearby..
