Warning! I purchased a tire today and at checkout the salesperson quoted a price that was higher than I expected. I asked him to pull up the price of the same tire I purchased in October of last year. He then stated that I didn’t add the ‘tire certification’ at that time. (To certify your tire is a one time $50 charge that ensures tire replacement if it can’t be fixed.). So this is optional. I asked him why it was added to my bill. He said, he added it because it’s a good program. I then declined the offer and told him it was not good business to add a charge to a customer’s bill without disclosing. He apologized, but I wanted to warn others… this is not a good business practice.

Update 2024, still great service, thanks Nathan, made sure i will continue coming back to this location. Appreciate the honesty, thoroughness and warranty on mileage/ discount for tires not getting their full life.
Some of the best customer service I've ever encountered, nevertheless in the auto industry. Andy, Ivan, Jose and Josh all took care of my order and appointments excellently. Glad to be a customer of theirs, will return in the future and recommend them.

The employees working here and representing the brand of Discount Tire need to be held accountable. Most of them need to be fired for putting the company in a vulnerable position and potentially legal complaint.
My alignment was never done.
They turned off a safety feature on my vehicle and didn’t know how to turn it back on. (THIS IS A LIABILITY)
They did not give me a written warranty or formal agreement before performing work on the car: (This is a violation of IL law )
They do not know what they are doing. They will mess up your car and make up a story that it was like this or they didn’t do it. A class action suit will be considered and corporate has already be contacted.

I have been a client for serval years, no doubt why I keep coming back! Such a wonderful and intelligent team, making things like a flat tire, well the best of the situation. RAMIRO M, assisted me today and a way that left me with a memorable experience for the screw that screwed my tire.

I bring all my tire needs to Discount Tire on Bloomingdale Road. Making appts. online is easy and my jobs usually finish quicker than promised. I've been greeted at the door by name, and they treat my wheels with care. Ramiro goes above and beyond to help out customers. They're great problem-solvers, too. Thanks guys!

Worst service from Nathan Stoy. Very unprofessional. He told me to wait and after 45 minutes never got back to me. Then he went to the back room and didn't come back out, there were so many frustrated customers waiting for him in the shop. He needs to be fired. Super unprofessional.

These guys are the absolute Best man. been using this location since 2021 and they have always helped me out, provided me with important information and recommendations and every interaction i have with them feels like they genuinely want what’s best for me and my car, these guys are absolute Pros and always exceed my expectations, came in today for 2 new tires, unfortunately they were short staffed and told me they’d be done by 10am. by 9:40 i was already out the door, these guys are amazing and i appreciate the combined effort of all you guys at This Location, Thanks Again!
