Just went in for a battery. 3 customers in the lobby and no employees to service customers. Stood there for 15min, someone finally came up and said, I'll be with with you soon. 5 minutes later no one to be found. I left. You need to be inside to service walkin customers.

Awesome job. Fixed my controll arm had no problems, car is old too 2005 Toyota Corolla, oil changes are quality. And customer service is genuine and honest.

I had such a bad week had so many problems once I came in here that all came to an end Charles greeted me with a big smile and took care of the rest everything went so smooth even found a nail in one of my tires so I was enen able to avoid another mess on the horizon thanks Charles and company

I always get great service at my Firestone. On this visit, they took me in promptly and did not charge me for reattaching the cover that came off the bottom of my car. Just the 9.99 inspection fee. They will always be my first choice for servicing my car.

Today I woke up to a tire almost completely flat. I showed up at Firestone in Glendale Heights (which is where I go for all my maintenance), but without an appointment. They were short staffed. They had an overwhelming amount of business. They really didn’t need a drop in like me. However, BOB, the manager and MARIO, the technician, found a spot for me. In the midst of ringing telephones and walk ins and a crowded bay full of work, they helped me. Kindly and professionally. I recommend them highly. I’m grateful.

Service exceeded expectation. They don't play games with diagnosis and repairs. Saved me alot of money versed dealer over priced quote for same repair. Charlie at front desk was also 5 star.

I have been coming to this location for years for basic service and repairs on our vehicles. There are Firestone shops that are closer to where I live, but I always end up coming to this location in Glendale Heights, and it’s due to the people that work here. I trust these guys to do a great job and not get ripped off, and have never been disappointed. Charles is always a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable, provides great advice, and just treats customers very well. Never have issues with appointments, or anything else when servicing vehicles here. Charles and the guys take care of business very well and it makes you want to keep coming back. Shout out to Kurt as well, not sure if he’s still at this location, but always got great customer service from him as well. The Staff just makes this location great. Keep it up!

Took my car here on two separate occasions, and have no complaints. Bob and Charles are very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Glad I found this place, because it's difficult finding trustworthy mechanics.

Very bad service with customer service staff
