Made a reservation weeks ago. When I came to pick up my vehicle they told me they don't have a vehicle available for me. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MAKING THE RESERVATION!! Unacceptable and unprofessional, will not be renting from Hertz again

I don’t leave reviews very often but I had to in this case. I go there to pick up a car, only had two cars available. Both of the cars are scratched up and dented. Employee decides to get mad at me and says if you don’t want the car then leave. Did not even cancel my reservation after 45 minutes. Asked for a receipt for my deposit that they charged. Did not give me it and instead helps another customer and doesn’t even acknowledge that I needed a receipt. Worst place ever.

I really like these guys they are Johnny and the spot make sure the car is clean ready to go and never had a problem with them at all! They go out of their way to make sure that you have the car you need and everything is ready for you! Highly recommend them!

Drove 30 mins to pick up a car with a confirmed reservation # and hertz membership #. Was told no cars were available. Couldn't rent any vehicle at all.
Was told other reservations were priority.

The one employee here is awesome.but you can’t leave a car rental place with one person. It took over 30 mins to rent and even longer to drop off. I would never ever rent here again. Clearly the corporate office isn’t paying attention to this store. It should be properly staffed or closed.

Hertz worked with my insurance company and provided me with a vehicle to use when my car was in the body shop. They picked me up. The Nissan car provided was very clean. When my car was complete Hertz had my drop the rental car at the body shop with the keys.

Drove 15 min to pick up a car with a confirmed reservation #. Showed up and there is no car. … manager tried to accommodate but was unsuccessful. Not his fault. Reservation system is not in sync with store inventory. That’s logistics 101.

I have rented from this venue before many years ago and I was in need of a rental as my car was in the shop, I didn’t know they closed at four and I was running late. They called me and I missed the call as I was running to drop my car off at the shop and I called them back And the owner told me that he would wait for me. I got there and almost 5 o’clock. I rented an economy car and he gave Murano. I apologize for being late and he was so kind. We all know when it’s time to get off of work we wanna go yet he stayed for me and I appreciate that so much. I definitely will go back when I need a car to rent. thank you so much for your understanding.!!

I felt discriminated against because I don't know North America and don't speak English, even though I used an application to try to communicate, the person who helped me was very dismissive and he just had to throw me out... I rented through interprice, I arrived without an appointment and they treated me excellently without problem, they delivered a car to me instantly, very good service... I recommend interprice.

I recently rented a vehicle for over 2 months from them and honestly ZERO complaints!Marcin is a great guy, who takes care of the costumer. He gets you in and out quickly. Fantastic customer service overall, Marcin doesnt try to upsell or pressure you into anything extra. I am hoping I will not need to rent a vehicle again for quite a while, but if/when I do I will definitely be renting from Macin and Hertz, Thanks again.
