Great Place. Nice selection of cars. The staff was wonderful, I test drove 2 cars. They had me in my new car and driving off in good timing.

they make it seem easy and simple. however, they leave out multiple items when you are there. be warned they take money EVERY CHECK YOU GET. so, if you are paid bi weekly they take biweekly the payment - weekly pay then they take weekly payments - then they say the oil changes are 20.00 with them but you get there and its actually more and you can't just go on your own time you must be there during the hours for the "shop" (which are your working hours, so you miss more pay). Then they say they will take any issue with no money within certain amount of miles and fix it but they don't they actually still charge a service fee diagnostic fee and the "cost" of the parts. Complete rip offs and I am paying this off and never using again. The only benefit i see was finally getting a car but I will never go back. Price is way over the cars they do have as well. Better off getting a new car. And when you talk to them about it the issues and concerns, they just all want to say you signed the contract it's in the contract you should of read it etc. They honestly never want returning customers. Then they won't do extra work even if it's a phone call *unless it's a phone call to collect their money* to verify or check anything to help the "customer" out. I wish I had known prior because it's a constant struggle now and they won't work with you on payments even if you ask to pay 2 days later, they say it's part of the contract and they don't give grace periods. If you do decide to go, please take the time to ASK ALL AND ANY questions PRIOR and DO NOT SIGN anything unless you read EVERY SINGLE LINE. WARNING.

I purchased a vehicle from Byrider on August 19, 2023. The salesman, Rich was charging the battery on the vehicle I wound up purchasing and told me it was because the lights were left on over night. I didn't think twice about it. However, after a week or so I took it to get an inspection. They said some lights were out and showed me the air filter with tons of garbage in it. They cleaned it and I continued to drive it. After a couple more days there was a sound that started coming from it that was almost a grinding sound. I tried to set an appointment but they could do anything for weeks out. They do offer "48 hour drops" however. After a couple of days my car totally just gave out on me. All of the lights went on and it would barely turn on. I went to oreillys and got it scanned and it was a throttle body problem. I then had it towed to Byrider and they said it wasn't just the throttle body but the alternator and the serpentine belt as well. There are so many problems with this vehicle. And everytime I called I was spoken down to by Karyn (really thats a who it was) and Richard completely ignored me until I asked them to have him reach out to me. So I think he knew what was going on. I finally got a hold of Wilma and although she didn't fix all of the problems directed me in the right direction. They charge a $65 dollar fee for getting it diagnosed and the warrenty wont cover anything (or so they said). Plus, they want you to pay $250 TWO TIMES A MONTH plus $60 for "collateral insurance". So I pay 620 amonth on a used 2011 vehicle. I tried to cancel the insurance but they wont let you if you only get liability or whatever. I know what I agreed to in terms of paying for the vehicle. I couldn't get anything anywhere else because I have horrible credit. But, I didn't know they would eech every penny out of me with insurance and all of these other things. How can this company sell vehicles that don't work the way they are supposed to. LOOK AT THE Bettter Business Bearu I am not the only one with this problem. I was amazed with all of their options and service options but now I am appaled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I also left an older review as "TimothyRobert" and was not trying to be as brutal but dont acknowledge that. This company is terrible.

Very smooth service. No gimmicks or tricks to get me into the dealership just to say no. They helped me beyond what I can write a review on. Thank you

light went one. I got it checked at O'Reilley's first then had it sent back to JD byrider. Oreilleys said it was the throttle body but JD byrider said it was the serpentine belt and alternator. $600 fix plus $65 for diagnosing it. Also not even sure if those are the only things wrong with it. Throttle body is $300 alone too. Wrong battery. Needs new lights. Etc,etc. If anyone has similar problems reach out to me. They're may not be lemon laws in Illinois on used cars but I'm sure companies can't consistently sell cars like this with problems like this. It's like selling empty plates of food and saying it's okay because there was once something to eat on there.

I got a car from here yes it was easy to get but their customer service is horrible and they are only nice when you are looking to get a car after they make their sale your useless to them. I haven't had my car a year and the check engine light keeps coming on when you call them about it they have very nasty attitudes and dont help I even asked can I get a different car since this one has so multiple issues and they said no DO NOT SET YOURSELF up this company does not care about how long the car runs all they care about is getting it off the lot I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy I wouldn't give them any stars but one is the lowest I can go

I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento in September of 2022. The engine died on the car in May of 2023. The service department “replaced” the engine, gave a “full inspection”. Less than a month later in June of 2023, the car stops. The radiator is determined to be busted. They stated they fixed the radiator issue but now they have send it out again for a new motor. It has been three weeks each time they keep my car. Total of 6 weeks and they expect me to keep paying and I can’t get to work. They refuse to help with rental/loaner/ or even transfer to a new car.Not to mention I also bought a car in 2018/2019, in which the engine died a week later. After complaint they switched my documents over to a new similar car, same price.I am being left with no ways to get around and no help. Only threats saying “well you still have to pay” whenever I call. I’ve now had three cars from them, all had engine issues. They do not inspections, and expect you to pay.

My experience with JD Byrider of Glendale Heights was superb. The professionalism of the sales associate Sarah was hands down amazing. She made my anxiety quickly go away. The process was very quick and easy. I definitely would and have recommended JD to my friends.
