Double charges debit cards.
This is a system error that this location has had for over a week, frequently double charging specifically debit cards. Raises serious questions about the security of their checkout process, and the fact that the store is continuing to process transactions while this hasn’t been fixed is disgraceful.

Elizabeth at the customer service/front counter is just rude. I have no other way to describe it. I though it was just me because i was in the handy cap chair but then as I awkwardly waited she was just as rude to every other customer.

I have never been so frustrated with a company and how they conduct online orders and follow up and no one in the order pick up center can do anything. I'm at return and exchange and they are trying. If you took my cc purchase in 30 seconds you should be a le to return it. How do you issue an order number and not have it in your system. You took my payment refund it so I can go to Home Depot and get what I need.Word.
How can you take my payment immediately and not issue my credit immediately.
I do want to give Leslie and Marisel who work at return desk FIVE STARS for their customer service and doing all possible for a resolution to no avail.
Tom, I requested to speak to a Manager, General Manager some who could make a decision and of course no one was available and no one checked and I was told the individual stores can do nothing that I had to contact corporate so which is it. So much red tape and regimented answers. Empower your people and if they are don't let employees lie about it.

i had no intentions in buying Lumber coming into Menards today and i recently needed help looking for Lumber for my new patio and Forrest was very very helpful he helped me locate the exact Lumber i was looking for and he was a very charming young man he wasn't rude or mean he knew what he was talking about and i will definitely be back to finish my projects this staff is incredibly helpful

Menards has pretty much everything from tools to work clothes to patio furniture. It's like a Home Depot but with more stuff. Except work boots, I cannot believe Menards stopped selling workboots...
