I don’t recommend this Metro PCS! Get a thorough break down of your bill because they are shiesty and are going to try to hit your pockets! I came for the deal they had on the IPhone Se for 79.99 and was told they don’t have it available and I would have to go near Chicagoland. Now, I have the IPhone SE (I purchased it from them literally minutes after he told me they didn’t have it), and the deal I was told I was getting is the phone free if I get the $60 plan, and pay activation and taxes. My total came out high, I asked for a break down and he made it all add up (I purchased a screen protector and case too, at a deal I was being told, so I just went with it) Upon getting home and settling down and looking at the final bill, I saw that I was charged for a protection bundle I never even opted in for or was asked about. Metro corporate was able to reimburse me for that when I called them but just that alone combined with my experience at the store make me question the store integrity period and wonder what else I was wrongfully charged for. I don’t know if this a racial or a location thing but what I can tell you is that I have done business with several different metro pcs before in Chicago and I have never felt wrongfully charged or even got the feeling I was being given bad information. I am going to try to escalate this to the highest power just because I do not want anyone else going through this and I want to hold everyone accountable . We are fresh from a pandemic, currently experiencing inflation in our economy, it’s no reason these big companies should be trying to take our money from us

Excellent customer service, friendly the moment I walk in I was greeted they answer all my questions and I end up switching from Boost Mobile getting better service including 5G network and lower monthly payments on my family plan long distance included.Thanks Rigo and crew associates at Metro Glendale Heights IL.....
