Waited for the kung pao chicken and the young lady had my plate she put the dish in and the heavy set woman reached over my plate grabbed the spoon and scooped all of the large pieces of chicken for her guest plate of food. I got mostly sauce and the small pieces of chicken that was in the bottom of the pan.Very unprofessional of that employee. Her guest was behind me.I asked for the greens and the young man was scrapping the bottom instead of getting another pan that blew my mind.I had to tell him give me the big pieces of the broccoli.Big turn off!!!! Even though you are preparing the food you don’t reach over the other servers plate of food I should have left at that point.I’ll go to Walmart and get a frozen dinner before I go back there.

Updated: 2024 Welcome to the worst managed PE in the entire area, still. Seriously do yourself a favor and drive to any other location. 2023- *All* tables and floors were filthy. Food was cold, restaurant is gross. This place has terrible management.

Food is ok but can't get past how stingy these guys are with portions! 15.97 for an extra large walnut shrimp when they are so crazy about making sure it's only 21 pieces! Go to Hoys or golden wok and get 2X the portions and food for your money. Don't waste it on this cheap chain! Trash. Support Local!

I placed an online order for the convenience of it being faster, I go through the drive thru told its not ready no biggie I waited. I walk in waiting 10 minutes while everyone is focused on cleaning and closing because they close in 30 minutes. I understand that if you don’t have orders( my order also was sitting right behind on the counter the whole time) why have and online order line as well if 3-5 workers are just going to pass by me as I stand in that line. This panda makes good food but disappointing customer service:,(

Goodbye, farewell Panda Express.Panda (was) one of my favorite fast food joints for YEARS now. The consistency of the orange chicken and chow mein were just what I needed when pressed for time or even getting over a cold.I resonate with a recent review that this location is going downhill. Today it confirmed a little bit for me that perhaps Panda Express as a whole is going downhill, in terms of quality.I can understand a young kid working the drive thru, allowing me to order 3 meals, crab rangoons & egg rolls, but it would have been nice to know you didn’t have any sweet and sour sauce before paying for everything.Today… i am a bit hungover, but the entire orange/chow mein tastes disgusting… i wanted to test my palate, so i called the store to complain. What do you know, THIS WEEK. They stopped making their own sauce, and now lub whatever sauce comes in a BUCKET onto the chicken… the chicken that has been PERFECT for years, is now moist, soggy, tastes worse than something i could buy frozen at Walmart for $3.00.On the way home, ALL i could smell was cabbage, which is the majority of the chow mein. FLAVORLESS noodles, disgusting chicken, and pungent smelling cabbage.I’ve never once dumped an entire plate of Panda Express in the garbage, but that’s what i just did.

This Bloomingdale location continues to go downhill. They are getting worse instead of better. I went through the drive-thru and was told chicken & string beans would be a 12 minute wait, so I changed my order. They still parked me after I paid. Waited 15 minutes for my order - which I was NOT warned would be delayed - when the woman in the car waiting next to me told me to go inside, because they had parked her, too, and then FORGOT ABOUT the order. I go in, they have no idea I had an order in, and if I wanted to wait 10 minutes they would have my food ready. I got a refund and really enjoyed the food from Chipotle down the street. There were SEVEN employees working at this time, and they just lost 2 drive-thru orders. Badly in need of a good manager.
