Avoid this place!
Check in person Miguel is a troublemaker.
First he said PU no is wrong but it was the right one.Then he told me that they didn’t setup an appointment and he didn’t have anything till 6pm.Contacted broker and somehow I had an appointment for 5pm. Checked with him at 4:35pm but he wanted me to comeback at 5pm to check in. Even they had bunch of empty dock he told me all dock are assigned. At 5pm I got one of the docks which was already available even at 4pm. Can’t say stupid because it is something else.

Wednesday before thanksgiving App at 18:00 came at 15:00, no trucks here! Asked maybe you can loaded me early? Answer NO , comeback at 18:00 . An i just picked up here 3 pallets ! Happy thanksgiving fox !

Nice place to unload,arrived early,checked in put in the door and started to unload me.
Only problem. NO RESTROOMS FOR DRIVERS!!!
Its a federal law they have to provide facilities, even if its a porta potty. Come on Premier, get with the program.

Very fast loading with appointment. They let you choose whether you drop your trailer or stay hooked, BUT you have to be inside while they load you.

Can’t wait in your truck to get unloaded, have to wait standing up by the main door and they don’t let drivers use their bathroom

My pickup is just one pallet and I waited more then 2 hours for them to load it . Very bad and slow company.???
