Beware!!! Regardless of what promotion you sign up for your storage rent will be increased. I have been using Public Storage since the end of 2022 and there were 2 prince increases last year alone. One price increase this year so far. If you need assistance with your account you get the run around if your phone number is recognized in the system. Your best bet is selecting the option to get a new unit to get someone on the line. Also, if you have to move your belongings out after the 1st you are still responsible for the full month they will not credit you back regardless if you were only using the unit a few days of the last month. If I ever need a storage unit again I will not be using Public Storage.

I truly feel like I have been renting storage units my entire life! Between personal storage units and storage units for my company I have always believed in loyalty so I used CubeSmart for over 15 years, but unfortunately I was never given the respect a loyal customer deserved. With that said last month I finally made a decision to shop around and finally make that long overdue change. So I put several requests out to majority of the local storage locations nearest to my home. Of course I knew I would be bombarded with calls and offers from all of them, but for the first time ever I received a call from an extremely professional and knowledgeable storage manager named Meg! She not only took her time explaining everything to me in detail but she also listened to all of my concerns!! So I did something I have never done before and I immediately locked in a unit and paid the amount due utilizing the AMAZING 1st MONTH OFFER. Meg was by far the easiest person to speak with and was someone I truly believed I could trust with all my storage needs now and in the future! So to sum it up I picked this Public Storage because of Meg and her natural ability to build a strong relationship with me that I trusted! Thank you Meg for making my decision so easy.

Her outstanding customer service truly made my move-in process on March 11, 2024, smooth and stress-free. Meg's extensive knowledge and willingness to help with all my inquiries about the facility and procedures were impressive.
