I went to a wedding at the Ramada in Glendale Heights recently, and honestly, it was a great time. The space was cozy and well set up for a celebration, but what really stood out was the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and way better than your typical wedding fare. I still think about those appetizers.
The wait staff was on point the whole night—super attentive without hovering, and always quick with refills or anything we needed. You could tell they knew how to handle a big event smoothly, and they kept the vibe upbeat and relaxed.
Overall, the Ramada was a solid choice for a wedding venue. Great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere that made the night feel special. If you’re planning an event in the area, I’d definitely keep this place on your list.

I had my daughter’s quinceañera at the Ramada on Friday, September 5th, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. Fahad and Jessica went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. The décor was stunning, and the level of attention and care they provided was outstanding. I received countless compliments from guests throughout the night. The entire Ramada staff was attentive, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing me to enjoy the evening without any worries. I highly recommend their services for any special event. Beyond thrilled for my nieces next year !!!!

Service was top notch specially the guy at Front Desk Abuzar was so welcoming and helpful. Location was best to us since we were looking something close to Airport, Mosque and Indian restaurants.

Worst hotel to stay at. Room service is horrible wouldn’t clean the room had to tell front desk several times. Breakfast is the same thing everyday. Sausage links look like dog poop. Stayed for 3 weeks states cleaning is every 3 days. Then they said just once a week for weekly guests. Never had clean towels. Overall do not recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was mostly well kept. The area is fine, but traffic is an issue. The complimentary breakfast is fine with free mini donuts. I was annoyed that the sink is not in the bathroom. Staff seemed nice.

Front desk staff was nice. Hotel appears to be in the process of some improvements.
Carpets and baseboards in public areas are very dirty. There is a very bad body odor when you pass room 113? area.
There were plenty breakfast options. However, the sausage was absolutely disgusting, eggs cold, potatoes were cold and overcooked.
The room we stayed in was clean. However the shower was dripping all night. Please have your maintenance do a run through the rooms to save some money on your water bill.
Make sure you pull your door all the way shut if you enter or leave your room. Our door did not like to shut all the way.
Overall, it was an ok place for the night. I wouldn't stay again though with other options nearby.
I fully expect the same copy and pasted auto response to a poor review. Please don't just say you hope to improve. Put those words i to action. Your have friendly staff. You just need some elbow grease put in to clean up the facility.

The best hall ever, just rent d hall and leave the rest for the hotel management, am really glad to rent the hall for my birthday even friends and family that attended can testify to this. Jessica the interior decor did a great job with my decor, Fahad the manager was very accommodating and gave us a good receptive atmospher to celebrate. The best hall ever i repeat

I Had my daughter's Quince this past weekend and everything went well. The food was delicious, we had the Mexican menu. The decorations were beautiful. My daughter loved everything. Thanks to Jessica and Fahad the planning went smoothly.

The bed was hard and I even joked that is be more comfortable on the floor. However the floor was laminate and nasty. Didn't even go barefoot while in the room.
