Made an appointment to tour the apartments and no one was there nor answering their phone. There was a lot of passive aggressive notes both on tenants doors/windows and the "leasing office" window. The leasing office just looks like a unit they turned into an office.

Have lived here less than a month so far. Some observations.
The lock to my units laundry room is broken and I put in a ticket to get it fixed and haven't seen nor heard anything from anyone in a bout a week and a half, and to be honest this is something that shouldn't have even been broken and left for the new tenants to leave with, if the apartment was inspected well at all after the last tenant. It leaves a poor impression.

Drove an hour from Lakemoor to tour this place, we set up an appointment, got a confirmation email, and a reminder email the day of. We got there and waited 30 minutes giving the benefit of the doubt and no one showed up. We will definitely not rent here.

I had to break my lease early and paid a total of $3,126.38 via cashier’s check. The check has been cashed, yet I still received a collection letter stating the same amount as unpaid. This is a clear sign of poor management, as they seem intent on taking advantage of their tenants. I’ve heard similar stories from other tenants but didn’t think it would happen to me. I never had any issues or complaints while living there, so I didn’t expect this type of treatment.

This administration does not do the right thing, they say there are 2 cars per tower and the people in tower 166 apt 201 have 4 cars. We have to put this in order.

The apartment they showed was nice, but the rest of the experience was very iffy. The property as a whole needs a lot of work and updating.
