Great experience living at The Mark Apartments
I want to take a moment to thank Bethsabel for all her help and kindness during our transfer to a new, larger apartment. She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy for us. Always friendly, respectful, and attentive, she made sure every detail was taken care of so our new home would be perfect for our family.
We truly appreciate her effort and professionalism — it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares the way she does.
After 5 years living at The Mark Apartments, we’re still very happy to call this place our home.
A special thanks also to Jenny, the manager, for her excellent service and support throughout this process.
Thank you, The Mark Apartments, for providing such a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to live. We’re very grateful to be part of this community. 🙏🏡

Wonderful experience at The Mark Apartments
We want to sincerely thank Bethsabel, who has been absolutely amazing during our transfer to a larger apartment.
From the very beginning, she treated us with so much kindness, patience, and warmth, always willing to help with anything we needed.
Thanks to her dedication and commitment, our new home was beautifully prepared, with all the necessary improvements to make it comfortable and perfect for our family.
We’ve been living at The Mark Apartments for 5 years now, and we couldn’t be happier.
We also want to thank Jenny, the manager, for her kindness, availability, and support throughout this process.
We’re truly grateful to The Mark Apartments for always providing excellent service and for making our home feel safe, welcoming, and full of joy. 💛

My sister just left there. She stayed there for 3 months and the paint was pealing off the walls, the towel rack just fell off, the cabinet doors were hanging and couldn't close and the leasing office never answered the phone or called back. Furthermore, the randomly add fees to your rent at a whim. Do not come here.

Just moved in and everything is broken. This place looks a mess. The fact that they would even allow us to move in with these conditions is insane especially for the price. Ready to move out already.
I wrote the first half only a month ago and my apartment still isn’t how it should be when you move into a new place! AS A NAVY VETERAN MY BARACKS ROOM / building was more maintained than this apartment building/apt.I’ve called multiple times and put in multiple orders for the same things and they come in they take pictures they fix a minor thing then say they are trying to find a vendor and will have the property manager reach out…. I moved in a month ago. I can’t even settle in all the way. When I moved in the thermostat was off the wall, dryer wasn’t attached, bathroom floor peeling, kitchen Floor peeling, windows not shutting all the way, the fireplace ledge was coming off the wall, the window in the living room shelf was falling off, there was a full birds nest, the buzzer to our building doesn’t work, our dish washer didn’t work and leaked everywhere, the bathroom tubs were both clogged, one didn’t have a handle and the shower rod was coming out the wall. the microwave was broken and completely full of grease, under neath the sinks were open screws from the toilet holder! The doors were creaking and broken and could not close. the unit wasn’t painted, underneath my bathroom sink flooded and ruined my belongings, the closet shelves were broken, kitchen cabinets were peeling off, the laundry door was off! THEY HAVE ONLY: came to paint the kitchen cabinets.it looks like they just peeled some of it off and just did one coat of white paint, they came and fixed the doors but the doors remain squeaky and hard to shut. They came to fix the ledge above the fireplace, they fixed the shower rod and tubs after a week of living there the bird nest, microwave, dishwasher, hooked up the dryer, Closet shelves, window ledge in living room and thermostat. My bathroom floor and kitchen are still peeling as you read, the buzzer still doesn’t work, place still needs some paint, the seal around toilets are cracked and peeling still, my window still isn’t fixed. The things that were fixed got fixed because I kept putting in work orders for the same things.

Well, there goes another apartment I won't waste my time with! Sounds like the apartment I'm currently at dealing mold issues and other issues with maintenance!
I thought moving out here from the city would be a better move to the burbs. (NOT) The condo I rented in the city is more classy then these apartments out here!

When I made the appointment, I told the person on the phone which plans I wanted to look at. When I came for the appointment, the apartment that was available we couldn’t see and the apartment that WASN’T available was the one we could see. I was never told when I made the appointment to view apartments that the floor plan I wanted wasn’t available. I was told that there was a chance that the apartment that wasn’t available would fall through and that they would know in a a few days if it would be available or not. I was told I would get a call to let me know. Three days went by and I never heard anything. I called on the third day, no one answered so I left a message for a call back. It’s been a week and I still never received a call back. As much as I would have liked to live there, I’ve moved on to looking for other places now.

This review is for the Maintenance Team ONLY.
I wanted to express my appreciation for the amazing service provided by Rasheed, Artemio, and Jaime during my move-in process. They answered all my questions and ensured that everything was going smoothly. Additionally, they promptly responded to a maintenance request I submitted, resolving the issue in less than 24 hours.
Every morning, I see them picking up debris and they always greet me with a friendly "good morning." I am grateful for their excellent communication and the respect they show towards residents. They make an exceptional team and I hope they keep up the great work.

Please don't go here, my family and I were just there for a tour. Office staff not very friendly, I'm in a wheelchair, not accessable at all. Infact tried to offer me a 2nd floor apartment with no elevator in the building. Came there feeling uneasy left feeling the same way.
