“I scheduled my appointment online and this location did not get this on their schedule.
I called to let them know that I’m running late and couldn’t make my 12:30 appointment.
They didn’t get that online appointment but they still accommodated me.
I’ve called several shops and an auto diagnostics was $20-30 more elsewhere.
I was planning on purchasing this used car but I wanted to know what repairs needed
to be done. I was then able to negotiate 800 less on the purchase price of this car. Worth the $60 complete diagnostic charge.
They did a top notch job. They took over 1 hour and at the end I received a diagnostic report
of all the issues on this car.”
“I visit Glendale heights location maybe two times a week and I have always experienced nothing but professionalism and respect and all the service guys are seriously dedicated to their work! And from the moment you enter the establishment the front desk is so friendly and super knowledgeable at this point they’re like family , especially Christian & Miguel.”
“Choose Timo Auto Haus due to great reviews and mention of reasonable pricing. Not sure why a brake flush costs $200 with disposal fees when normally brake flushes cost $120-150 as a fixed price. I was in for other brake work at the same time so there should have been some economy of scale. Not sure why other reviewers mention they like their pricing. I guess those people had gone to the stealerships for their maintenance/work.
I must be out of touch coming from Toyota vehicles which are less complex and cost a lot less to work on. I did appreciate being updated on work and negotiated a pickup time.”
“Been working with these guys for a couple months now and their customer service in all aspects has been fantastic whether they're dropping to us, or if we need to go out to pick an order up. Dalton has been great in doing whatever he can to get us the tires we need!”
“This was my 2nd visit this year. I got my front tires in the spring & back tires now. Both times I was serviced with professionalism, kindness & expertise! I highly recommend Firestone Glendale Heights!”

“Jonathan and the team at Suburban Tire always provide great service at a reasonable price. They do a great job of identifying future maintenance requirements for my cars but I don’t feel pressured into doing all the items at once.”

“We leased a car from Jorge over the weekend. We had a great experience working with him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he got us a very fair deal on our new car. We highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet and Jorge, in particular.”
