Excellent atmosphere and super comfortable couches, but more importantly these gentlemen knew how to pack a hookah- the house flavor was amazing and lasted forever. Helped me dealt with my questions upon questions only for a blunt. I give her alone 20 stars Thank you. The store smelled fresh and clean everything sparkled well attended and organized. The store alone 10 stars experience 10 stars.

“Been going for years and I don't know if he's the owner or the manager but he's always there n he's always super chill and super knowledgeable about all the products. They have a rewards system you can get money off and u get $10 for your bday - I don't shop anywhere else unless I absolutely have to cuz they are out of stock (not often). Huge selection of vape and smoke products.”

“Every time I go here, they are always friendly and helpful. The clerk asks questions hoping to give you the best selection. They have a good stock of tobacco, pipes, bowls, vapes and other accessories. Tobacco, nicotine, cbd, the deltas, edibles. This is a great place. The only downside is that it's in crook county.”

“Today is my first time coming to this smoke shop and KUB was welcoming and friendly W/ Very great customer service!!. They have great deals and he’s not rushing you out of the store or just trying to force a sale on you. He wants you to know about the product that’s you’re buying and he’s making sure you’re comfortable with what you’re getting… the best part is he has great prices!!!! Where I live, I will have to pass five vape shops in order to get to U Smoke But he definitely has gained a new customer. I would definitely be back and I will be sending him customers.!!! I Normally don’t even write reviews, but when I left the store, got into my car I couldn’t leave, I put the car back in park just to give him five stars and a great review that he has no idea I’m still sitting in the parking lot doing.. “Just bought a pack of slim romeo y julieta cigars and I should have checked but I've never had a reason till now but they had tiny bugs in the container all them and they were ruined but I went back in today and the cashier replaced the bad pack with a good new one with no issue”
