Andrea is really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to shipping packages out.
She is also very organized
This is probably one of the best USPS offices you can go to. Usually there isn’t much of a line either. I would recommend this facility.

It's 9:09 and the USPS is closed. It's supposed to open at 9:00 am. Some other people also came and left because it's closed.

To Whom It May Concern, this post office is in a strip mall type location. There aren't any postal cars anywhere. Why would this small office house packages or mail. You can drop off but definitely not pick up!! The only mail is Po Box mail. It clearly states Glendale Heights Finance. ALL MAIL AND PACKAGES COME FROM CAROL STREAM FOR GLENDALE HEIGHTS!! If something gets scanned left with agent, it mean someone scanned it at Carol Stream!! Think and research before giving out a review and you don't know where your mail or packages come from!!

Arrived at 9am, by 9:30 no one still was in the main office. Front door was unlocked but no one was inside to provide service.

This location is either extremely inefficient or totally untrustworthy! I have tracking history that shows my package was left with an agent at this facility on 2/18/25 @ 9:32am...I still haven't received it. Perhaps the employees at this facility need a major overhaul! This place is an absolute disgrace and rotten shame.

My package never came I swear if they stole my package I would be really angry I hope on of those days they shut that post office down and never be open again they need to fire people there or shut that place down 😡
