Older lady on the register is rude & unprofessional shouldn’t be up front if she’s going to treat people unfairly I understand if people have a bad day but no excuse to treat others miserably

I had an appointment at 3pm for a Shingles shot. Several people were served that checked in after me. It's now 330 and they called me to let me know they're ready for me. I'm at home now!
I'll schedule somewhere else. I guess having a scheduled appointment doesn't mean anything.
