On Christmas we were traveling by this 7 11 and couldn't find a place to use the bathroom for our kid who needed to use one. The woman in there told us there's no bathroom for customers. (We did buy snacks there) there was a porta potty next to the store so I took my daughter there and the lady there complained to the male customer that was there and they cussed us out telling us we couldn't have out kids use the potty. It was very humiliating specially because we are out of town and it was Christmas and everything was closed.

This is my ULTIMATE favorite 711! Their employees always know my husband and me and are super friendly. This is a very clean and organized 711 with all the fixings! Bakery on-site, cooking mechanisms for pizza, taquitos, etc. Also, they have vegetarian taquitos!! Yes! They are always fully stocked and ready for me when I roll in at the wee hours of the morning on my way to work. Thank you!

The cashier wouldn't exchange my bird⁷. It was not defective, I had a receipt, but they would not accept. This is not how you conduct business. This bird didn't even need its batteries changed yet. Shameful.

I was charged $100 on my card when the pump wouldn't pump more than $12, when I found out what happened in came back and was told to wait 24 hours to see the actual amount corrected and if I wanted a receipt(because the pump didn't provided me with one) I had to come back tomorrow at 6am.
So I have to wait and see if the manager actually comes over to explain why I am being charged for $100 and I couldn't even fill up my tank.
