Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. Horrible establishment. Stay as far away as possible from this place. Don’t bother asking for any help/directions or they’ll call the cops on you.

Almost everytime I come to this 7-11, I have an extremely difficult experience and unpleasant time. Last time I came, they lied about their oven not working, but this time, I knew it would be smart to instead of deal with the man who works on Saturdays at 2:00AM, order first because he is too lazy to make it when you ask and will say anything to avoid it. I was wrong, all items were wrong. My sprite was actually just sparkling water, my "10 mini tacos" were actually 5 slightly bigger unknown tacos, which are definitely not beef. I came, and said this isn't what i ordered, and the same man told me the item that is inside their own store menu, is not an item somehow. I don't know if he is in charge of deciding what is sold at 7-11 but at least take it off the menu. Then I asked for money back because it's not at all what I wanted. He took back the 5 tacos and said he can't reimburse me because apparently what he substituted them with was more expensive than my desired and already payed for order. I took my tacos and left. Then tried the sprite and officially realized this place has the most lazy unprofessional "employees" i've ever seen. I don't know how they are still allowed to work in there, shame on whoever's in charge of managing that establishment, you're doing horribly wrong and it's only getting worse. The unknown tacos he without telling me swapped my order of 10 mini BEEF tacos with are not even beef. This seems like a joke

The staff is so friendly and the store is very clean. I would highly recommend this store. This is the nicest 7-11 I have visited.

A young Indian guy who acts incredibly rude here and when you ask him about something he just says I don't know? Is it possible that someone does not know anything about the product they are selling and about the coupons that are put on the products for discounts? And in response, tell my mother, don't waste my time, if you buy something, buy it, and if you don't, leave? (It was 1 am on Tuesday, June 27 and the store was quiet without any customers) and told us that I don't have time for these questions!!! Is this how they treat customers? I live in this neighborhood and this store is behind my house, but I will never go to this store again.
