Julian s added on upgrades I didn’t ask for or realize untill first bill had to call att and cancel upgrades was vague about cost of phone with trade in without trade in ended up only getting $40 for trade in and didn’t need to be traded in for new phone works on Commission so every time a new customer walked in he left us at desk to help them I’m in the process of filing a complaint with att I know nothing will come of it so save yourself aggravation shop else where or better yet on line or go to Verizon

Calvin helped us with our phones, we had an upgrade and so my wife and I received help. He also answered a lot of questions that we had about our own business. I’m very satisfied with how Calvin treated us and the customer service was fantastic.

DO NOT go to this Authorized dealer store! I’m embarrassed it’s in Glenview! Julian the Mgr is incredibly unprofessional. He added a line and changed plans on my account without my consent so that he could make a sale. All I went in there to do was upgrade my phone. I went in there to ask him to take it off the added line and fix my account he refused to help me. The only way to fix it is going back to the point of sale store. Nobody else at ATT can do it. He would not help me and told me he couldn’t. Scam!! The store is disgusting smells like weed and a really bad candle. The bathroom is worse than a dirty gas station. Do yourself a favor find a nearby corporate store!

Brandon was able to figure out why my phone was not working and fixed it! He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I greatly appreciated the help. This is not the first time my phone has failed me, but the staff at this Glenview AT&T have not. They are the best - at least 10 stars!

The employees are great, good customer service. However, the manager is terrible, he has no ability to work well with customers or to navigate problem solving. It's a shame because I have never encourntered such rudeness related to AT and T.

Went into the Glenview store to move my Internet service to a new location. Brandon took care of everything efficiently and easily; and he was also a lot of fun! Would highly recommend this location.
