Excellent service. I had been to have a little problem with my sim car. I went to this store and made a stop and they be able to solve my inconvenience. Thanks so much to Berenice and Gabriel for their excellent service and their kindness.

Love this AT&T store! My mother needed a new phone and Gabriel helped us out by explaining to her what the plan entailed along with all her questions.I am leaving the country for a couple of months and I was able to get an explanation that I was able to use my phone outside of the USA. Thank you Gabriel!

Daaron helped me and I was super impressed with his service. He immediately made sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. He reviewed my plan and educated me on the more recent plans now be offered and helped me understand what makes most sense in my phone upgrade to ultimately save me money. Lastly, he was very good in taking care of my needs in a timely and efficient manner. Top notch. Thank you Daaron.

I ordered a phone online, for in store pick up. I had a question so I called the store, and they told me to come in, which I did. I arrived at 2:20 pm.. and there were 3 customers in front of me. No big deal. 1 hour later, they were still dealing with the same customers.Other customers began to walk out, because they were sick of waiting. I saw 3 different customers walk out.At no time did ANY of the staff acknowledge the waiting customers, instead we were all ignored.After waiting for one hour and twenty minutes, I also left the store, without picking up my phone I had paid for.I called the store when I got home, and they told me to come back in the following morning. At 10 am today, I received a email, telling me my order was cancelled !!!!I never cancelled any order. I needed this phone A.S.A.P because I was having issues with my current phone.To take money from customers, and tell them to come into the store, and then ignore them and cancel their order is absolutely unforgivable!!The staff in this store have got to be the most unprofessional, lazy, inadequate idiots I have ever had to deal with.I have sent a email to the AT&T CEO, and made a formal complaint regarding this store and its staff.Folks, you must avoid this store. No one knows what they are doing.On reflection I am glad they canceled my order. If this is how AT&T conduct business, I want nothing to do with them. I am also canceling my internet with them.

I went to store for phone activation. They could not help me without buying new SIM card. I had already new phone and new SIM card. But they did not care.

I recently purchased a new Apple iPad that required some assistance to get the cellular data activated. I called the Glenview store to ask for assistance and decided to come in to the same store to further the process. Both on the phone and in person I was assisted by Liam. He was very helpful and friendly and was able to resolve the issue in store. I can’t thank you enough for how efficiently he worked through the process to get everything set up and I’m very happy.

I can't overstate how much I DREAD the phone buying/line shifting process that happens when someone in my family of five needs a new phone. This time around I needed to buy a new phone, shift three lines and cancel an ipad and the idea of sitting on the phone with someone to do all of that was a non starter. I went into this location in Glenview and was not disappointed. Lina is a SUPERSTAR employee! She not only helped my buy the new phone, she gave me the hours she would be working that week and her work phone number so that when the new phone arrived, I could have some continuity and work with the same person when I went back to the store. As if that weren't enough, she sat with me for over 2 hours and patiently helped me navigate switching lines for 4 people. Every customer service experience should be like this! She should get a big fat raise!

Gabriel was simply FANTASTIC, he wasn’t pushy, was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. He navigated our purchase seamlessly while helping other co-workers. You are nuts if you don’t visit him.
