There are 2 big problems at this bank: one is a definite language barrier, and the other is a serious lack of experience. I told them we provide international tax services and they would not allow us to open an account because of "foreign risk". I told them there no wire transfers, all work is done stateside, and all transactions in USD. However, they could not comprehend because they lack technical English skills and have no experience with US subsidiaries. Seriously recommend not waste your time.

Service is terrible! 1. ATM machine is rejected and one check didn't return that's not my fault but, they hold the check 3day2. I deposit a check but they hold the check they call And they want to come and want to show my daughter 'a ID my daughter signed it.I never recommend this bank!

WORST BANK EVER!!! PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING. What do they actually do for their customers? NOTHING !!!.1. We cannot deposit coins. They just dont take coins as money. Coins are also cash. Other banks offer to count them offsite and deposit to our account if they dont have a coin counter machines at the branch.2. They charge us 5dollars for making a mistake in the deposit slip. Never seen any bank charge their customers for making a mistake in the deposit slip. Amazing how they come up with different types of fees.3. When depositing check, when the written amount differs between the written amount of the words from the number amount, usually they deposit the written word amount. This place doesnt take it and reject, and charge us fee for it. Other banks just deposit the written word amount. 4. If the check was written from their bank, other banks check whether that accoint has enough balances to cover the check amount, and if there isnt, them they let us know that the issuer acct cannot cover the check amount and will bounce. This bank knowingly deposit the check, later it bounces, and charge both receiver and the issuer check bounce fee. They use the fact that only korean speaking customers cannot go use BofA or Chase, so they use it and take advantage. Worst bank ever!!! THEY DO AN AMZING JOB AT MAKING CUSTOMERS MAD, MORE AMAZING JOB AT CREATING FEES.

I used to bank here for ling time and decided to leave due to the distance. I used to like bank very much, it is Korean owned and very convenient to bank with. Just opened a business in the area and came back and love it. Only down side is they only have few branches throughout Chicagoland.

The online banking systems is the worst. I am constantly locked out due to their change over to combine mobile and online banking. It is so frustrating! Customer service NEVER answers the calls, I was on hold and waiting for a real live person for 34 minutes! Finally, I had to give up.

I am staying in a hotel very near this bank. I went to exchange $10 for $10 in quarters. They refused to serve me because I do not have an account with them. They also said there would be a charge for the transaction, which is made against my account, and since I did not have one I would not be served. They were extremely unhelpful.
