Our stay at Best Western Glenview was good. We stayed in the king suite on first floor. Clean and friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was included with price of room but we decided to go out to another place instead. During our stay there was noise in upstairs room but was not a problem since was nonexistent after hours. Parking was free but could be challenge if arriving late in evening. We did not have any issues. Overall we would stay again due to great value for accommodations.

Safety: Area felt safe. Good lighting in parking lot

We stayed here with two littles and it was great. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to airport was excellent and very friendly and helpful with all of our luggage. We will definitely be back.

Great location, clean rooms, very spacious for a family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-11). Breakfast was good as well, eggs, Belgian waffles, yogurt, breads, cereal, etc. My only "con" was I could hear people in the rooms above me when they would get up and walk around or go to the bathroom. My husband and kids didn't notice it though so not bad by any means. Otherwise very nice hotel for the price, we'd come back!

Although this hotel was further away from the airport than we initially expected, it ended up being a perfect choice for us. Both of our flights were in the middle of the night and the shuttle driver was timely, efficient and super friendly. We made it to the airport with plenty of time on the way out and we're picked up within 20 minutes. On the way back. We were able to leave our car there for our entire 10-day vacation.

Great Hotel for the price point. The service is super good and complementary breakfast is delicious and hot. Hash was extremely welcoming and upgraded our room for a last minute booking! Highly recommend

Exceptional Hotel in every category! Take My word.
Check in was slightly “different” in that they had two reservations for us, so they canceled the one, and upgraded us to a King suite!
Seriously cannot say anything bad about Best Western Glenview!

Beds and pillows were a bit stiff for my preference but not bad. Convenient location with an amazing restaurant in the parking lot.
The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was good.They did not use fake scrambled eggs.The biscuits and gravy were good but served Sunday only.

Good choice for travel close to the airport. They have available shuttles, clean rooms, and cribs available for infants.

We waited over an hour for the airport shuttle, and when I called, the manager hung up the phone on me. Never again!

A clean room, a comfortable bed, a good free breakfast, friendly fast service and all for a reasonable price. This was all I hoped for on this overnight trip.
One caveat, the bathroom is very tight, so I would not stay here if you are a very large person.
