I brought my SUV in for oil change, tire rotation and to check on all other required maintenance needed. I told the manager was traveling 6 hr. round trip the following week. Upon returning from my travels, I noticed a 3 ft. puddle of oil in my garage, along with more oil on driveways of people I had visited. I was told drain pan seal was bad, but I had only lost small amount of oil. My estimate is that I lost 2-3 qts. of oil in my trip. Seal should have been replaced and tightened properly. Just lost me as a customer. Don't use this shop! This is basic maintenance 101, which this shop cannot do at all.

Great service. The car had a checkup and an oil change. I was concerned that the battery was getting weak, so that was checked too.

Honest, knowledgeable mechanics and service writers who understand the need to balance maintenance, performance, safety and cost and know how to do it. My cars get a thorough "once over" every visit. A great way to minimize breakdowns.
August 2024. Part 2 of my review. My car had a major breakdown. All of the above still applies. It would not surprise me if the collective, professional experience here exceeds 100 years. My next visit will be a routine oil change. If there were 6 stars My rating would be six. Thank you all for a great experience.

I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and wanted to get it done at a local shop instead of the dealer and I had an all around great experience at CARS of America. I found them through the Costco Auto program and was able to get a discount with my Costco membership on services here. Work quoted cheaper than the Nissan dealer (even before discount) and easily made an appointment online. They also helped me out with a simple 3rd brake light swap (I provided the part) and fixed a small rattle in my engine that was caused by a broken plastic piece on the oil filter that the dealership must've created last time they worked on it. I didn't even bring that rattle up but they caught it on the test drive and did a quick fix with a piece of foam for no charge. There's a lot of places trying to nickel and dime you and will only do the minimum, not here! I highly recommend their services and I will be taking my car here for any future work!

CARS of America always does a fantastic job. They are honest, provide good quality work, and are great communicators. You can easily schedule an appointment by calling or accessing their website. CARS will email or text you the work quote quickly, and they will provide pictures and a clear explanation of what work needs to be done and the price. You can easily approve or deny any work, and they complete the work and return your car quickly. I highly recommend using this business for car service.

Special shout out to Mike at Cars of America who went above and beyond in researching issue with my cars steering wheel vibrating. They did a thorough exam two times and when the issue was not resolved, he decided to look on online and found out that it was a software issue. He printed out all the information to me and told me to go to the dealership since it should be covered under the warranty. I followed his advice and got the car fixed at no cost. Had Mike not done the extra research, this issue would be ongoing so I really am grateful to him and his wonderful team for taking the time to get this finally resolved!

Have been using Cars of America for about 10 years, and they always deliver. At every service they put together a detailed inspection report with pictures and estimates, which makes it easy to plan the maintenance.
